Nice sound for the garage. This dual speaker unit can be cranked loud without any distortion. Love the cool stuff Ryobi comes out with. I have alot of Milwaukee tools but they dont make some of the awesome trick tools that Ryobi makes. Also this sounds better than my milwaukee speaker. Sorry Milwaukee, but I still love your tools. Always check out all the brands because some things are just as competitive. The only ding I would give this device is that it feels a bit light and Im not sure how it would hold up if it was kicked around or stepped on lol.

What more can be said? The Bluetooth function is flawless. It runs on one of my little 1.5 ah batteries and lasts the entire day. It will also charge your phone. I'd buy it. Additionally, the tiny handle on the side is really useful.

If you get a text it stops playing. If you get a call it stops playing. If you access the internet it stops playing.if you're around any other blu tooth device it quits playing.its dependent on wifi and cell phone. If youre not running a 2nd stand alone cell phone for audio youre not gonna like it. It sounds ok,battery life good on 1.5Ah battery. Mobility Convenience is what you're paying for. No 3.5mm input or fm radio. Personally id be happy with an fm radio that runs ryobi batteries b

Great sound at this price. This unit has plenty of power/volume for outdoors, bluetooth reception is very good. I own the Ryobi hybrid radio and the sound is much better on this speaker. It is not perfect though: there's no spot/cubby hole to put your or hold your phone, usb plug has no cover/lid so it gets dust when your are doing diy with this speaker. Also, quality control lacking: one rubbery pad missing but not enough for me to go through the hassle of returning it. Overall, exactly what I was looking for.

I have so many ryobi 18v tools I figured it was worth trying. got very tired of my blue tooth portable speakers going dead With this one I don’t have to worry about it. I always have charged batteries. The sound is really good for a portable speaker. Sound wise, it’s better than any of my other portable speakers, and I’ve tried A LOT of others. Ryobi hit it just right on this one for sure! Plus it goes really well with the rest of my ryobi collection….the pic isn’t all of them….just the most commonly used ones. Lol

We love music and saw Ryobi had a speaker!!! We purchased it right away and we we’re not disappointed!!! The sound is great. My husband is very particular about sound, so to know he loved the sound from this speaker was “music to my ears”! We can now relax for hours outside on our deck or in the hot tub listening to endless music without fussing with power cords! Our next Ryobi purchase will be the push mower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little speaker. I work in a warehouse where we are allowed to play our music while we move about on our forklifts and double jacks. Everyone else uses those huge speakers you buy at electronic stores that have all the bells and whistles. Well… when their speakers die and requiring a charging mid-shift, my speaker keeps going. And if I forget to charge from the day prior, I just pop in a new battery. A 4mAh battery will last an entire 8 hour shift and part of the next shift while maintaining the loudest volume.

Sound quality is awesome, definitely a huge improvement. Volume CRAZY LOUD. Ran laptop at 99% for 8hrs (full bright/movies). Maxed out at 95 feet (bluetooth). Handle feels decent. Buttons feel good, super sturdy design. So worth the upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in a distribution center for a large grocery chain. This speaker helps me get through my day. In a sea of other speaker brands, my Ryobi holds its own. It’s loud enough to be heard through all the noise and I’m the only one that can change his battery out when others have to plug in and recharge. My only complaint would be to make it more symmetrical so I have an even amount of points to secure it to my vehicle with.

Yes, the Ryobi bluetooth speaker is a must have on any job, small or large. I love the charging port included and the handle design.While working I put my phone in the handle while it's charging. I was skeptic about the sound just based on looks, but Ryobi got it just right. There is a powerful bass punch along with clear voice and instruments can be heard clearly. I used this speaker with my spare 4.0 battery pack for over 12 hours while my phone charged and the meter on the batter didn't even drop a notch. I would totally recommend this product to others and I'm looking forward to picking up more Ryobi products in the near future. Currently I have the skill saw, Impact drill, regular drill, flash light, reciprocating saw and oscillating saw to go along with my speaker. Next on my list is a jig saw, sander, grinder and router.

Great Bluetooth garage and outside speaker. Lots of battery time. Although the battery is bulky on the back, it makes for a great phone rest! Also charges the phone much better than I thought it would.

Sound is great. Speaker is a little weighty with battery. Has a nice flexable rubber carry handle. This is a Bluetooth ONLY speaker. Only works with a 18v battery. No power cord. No 1/8" audio jack cord connection. It will auto reconnect to whatever it was connect to last. I you decide to connect to a different device, you will need to turn the bluetooth off on the previous device first.

Once you pair with your phone, one tap on the on button and is connected within a second. It has an impressively long range. I keep it in the garage on my workbench and it is still connected to my cell phone in my pocket when I am in the backyard. I have many bluetooth speakers so I compared this to them and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of sound and the high volume this speaker provided. At low to middle volume, our music was reaching 3-4 houses around us. It has a surprisingly deep and high quality bass sound, so it's not only good with treble and speech (if you want to listen to podcasts or other dialog broadcasts), but does amazingly well with music providing deep bass sounds. The battery use was still modest too. I use it with a 3.0ah battery and after hours and hours of listening in the garage workshop (finally a good season in Texas for it), it only lost a bar. It seems to be well built and sturdy, so can handle some rough handling in the work space. You can use it in the yard or on the work site. It also has a USB input to charge your phone as you use it. Overall, this speaker is of great quality and delivers great sound that you would enjoy with the convenience of cordless use.

I really, really like this speaker. It has wonderful sound, deep rich bass and the higher notes are clear. I have been listening to YouTube videos or Internet Radio for 5 days straight now and this speaker just sips energy. I am using one of my 3 Ah batteries and I still have one bar left and I'm using the speaker at least 10 to 12 hours a day. I've even charged one of my phones with it while listening to music! It has a nice rugged exterior and is heavy enough that the cats can't knock it over when I'm using in the house. The volume is loud enough that my neighbor can hear it across the street without distortion at higher volumes. Ryobi has a winner with this cool speaker!

This Ryobi speakers with bluetooth technology is a favorite at my worksite. The amazing sound quality that comes from the dual 3 inch speakers is clear and rich. The best feature is the usb charging port located conveniently at the top allows you to charge your phone or even a tablet. The rubber handle on the side is stylish and makes it easy to carry. I got 8 hours of play off 1 battery. Connecting to the bluetooth is rather easy that has a voice to tell you when your connected. Plus it remembers the devices it has previously paired with.

This is a great outdoor asset. The speaker is very high quality. The battery seemed to last all day. It even charged my cell phone. It was reasonably weighted. It is light enough to carry and yet solid enough that the wind doesn't toss it around. When using your cell phone for the music source, if the phone rings, the music stops and switches to the phone ring from the phone and not the speaker. This is the same function with other phone alerts. Handle makes it easy to carry.

This is the perfect speaker, not just for job sites either. Extremely easy to use. Pop in a charged battery, ready to go. Pairing to bluetooth is extremely simple as well and only has to be done once for the same device, next time on it automatically connects. And it cranks! All your controls are right on top, power, volume, and if you using a playlist, you can scroll throught it too. The case has an angle to it which helps it not to tip and fall off of "things" that you shouldn't sit speakers on. Of course get an extra battery do you have one for the tools too. Not just job site, beach, lake, cutting the grass. (Never mind the neighbors, it cranks). Yup, it's worth it.

Portable music around the house or on the job site? Oh, YES! Most portable Bluetooth speakers are either under powered or have no bass. This Ryobi One + speaker delivers both with 18 volts of power driving the speakers.This unit is the perfect size for portability and with its built in carrying strap you can easily transport it around or use it to lock it down so no one walks away with it. This speaker is built to be used with solid construction just like their tools. I used it today while digging a hole to replace some plumbing. I hooked it up to my smart phone in seconds and I was able to stream music, news and sports all while working. The sound was clean and crisp at all volumes. When my phone was getting low on its own battery I was able to plug into the speaker via its USB port to charge it up. It really made the time fly versus me mumbling to myself about working around the house.

it sure is nice to have some sound in the garage while working. i didn't have any speakers in the garage to play music and trying to do anything with headphones getting snagged is a pain. so it is nice to be able to move around the garage and listen more easily. it is easy to listen to because this small speaker set up is very very loud for its size. i was surprised at how low the volume needed to be on my phone to make listening comfortable. overall i like this speaker. now i dont have to steal my wife's bose speaker. not only do i not have to be sneaky any more but unlike her speaker my new one has stereo which i prefer. even though her speaker has much, much better sound quality, I'll take lower quality stereo sound over superior mono sound. plus being built like a tank it can handle garage roughness that i would be afraid to expose most bluetooth speakers to.
