I've used Ready Seal on 2,000 of my clients' decks, fences, siding, and roofs with no trouble at all. -I warranty it for 2 years on decks, and that's never been a problem. -Ready Seal is easy to apply, easy to clean up, and provides a beautiful, long lasting finish. -I've always had terrific customer service from Ready Seal. I recommend applying with a 7" painters pad. 2 coat the floor and top of the hand rail. As with any finish, surface preparation is key. ----No, I do not work for RS, I'm just incredibly excited to see it at my local HD!----

I purchased (4) of these gallons for my backyard patio deck. As for applying this stain/seal, this product is excellent. It's been two weeks since I applied this product; everything is as expected and more. There's no flaws in terms of streaks/runs. I'm very pleased thus far. I would have no problem purchasing this product again.

The seasoned deck absorbed the Ready Seal immediately. Applied with a stain brush. Nice, even finish. Very pleased with the results.

so messy but got the job done. We used a commercial sprayer for this project and the stain still went everywhere so clean up was horrible. Oil base should last a while and the color was ok.

Color was perfect and repels the water nicely. We applied this to our screened in porch.

This ready seal worked out great for the project that I needed it for. I used it to stain and protect a wood rocker and porch swing. It is thin, but it worked great and I would use it again. I brushed it on everything.
