Like this gas can. Would rather have metal than plastic

Excellent can that holds plenty of fuel. It even keeps the odors in. It’s not easy to fill, but it dispenses the fuel easily until it is empty.

Apparently the can that I got was not "100% leak tested". The lid does not sit correct and so it cannot seal, thus it leaks when I am traveling with it. Defeats the whole point of the safety can. But it does hold fuel. Works so long as I am not trying to transport it, safely.

I have had many gas cans always went for the cheap plastic ones always leak car smells like gas gets on your hands when filling something. This can is leak free, and seals really well no messing with pushing something back to open a valve. All you do is hold the lid open with your hand its spring loaded with a strong spring. While filling have to hold that lid open do get some fumes in your face while filling, but not that big of a deal.

I would prefer Justrite type 2 fuel can would be great if home depot had them

This is going to used on a large job site. So far so good.

The unit I bought from Home Depot did not have a funnel.

I've owned several Eagle gas cans as far back as 1970 and have always found them to be the best quality available.

Great quality can. Crazy expensive. $64!

Beats the plastic Junk by a mile.

Heavy steel. A funnel that mounts perfectly for dripless pouring when the can is full. Or use the funnel normally when it’s less full. Best of all there are no cheap “safety” gadgets that ultimately make it less safe. It doesn’t collapse in on itself in the shade. Only downside is price but it’s actually cheaper when you consider you don’t have to buy a new one every couple years.

Expensive and clumsy. Not something I would recommend.

Almost perfect, you have to burn the can before using it it seems. But staple when riding in the vehicle and beats the heck out of the plastic ones

There was no funnel with the can had a dent

Best can can that pours like a gas ⛽️ pump & super super low fumes if you have to place inside your car to drive home . DOT certification too for businesses

My previous gas containers were plastic and for whatever reason the squirrels took to chewing the nozzles and edges and creating numerous holes. I am hopeful that these old fashioned galvanized cans will prove impervious to the squirrels
