After receiving Bio-Enzymatic tile and grout cleaner, we finally had a chance to apply it to our tile flooring and we were genuinely surprised that it worked as described. Easy application as we transferred the liquid to an empty sprayer bottle to evenly distribute as we made sure we had enough to cover all our kitchen tiles and hallway areas that needed some revitalizing. 3 easy steps as we followed the directions. Sprayed small areas, mopped to evenly cover the sprayed tiles and grout, waited for it air dry and then rinsed mop with clean water and then remopped area. Let it dry and tiles and grout showed markedly cleaner than prior to using Bio Enzymatic cleaning solution. We re applied to areas that required more cleaning and we were satisfied with the results. Will definitely purchase and use again as needed.

My ceramic kitchen floor. Nineteen years old. The grout we found out was never sealed and as life went on, we never sealed it. I tested this tile and grout cleaner on a small intersection of tiles, right in front of the stove. Following directions, the tested area showed in my attached pictures, was able to achieve a visible improvement. So the product works. My concern is that the process requires you to let the product air dry and as you mop later in life, the enzymes continue to work at cleaning. Is this safe for my grand daughter to be crawling on and how about my dogs? What if I want to seal the grout after cleaning? Does the sealer bond or are the enzymes going to eat that as well? The label says it non toxic but ..... In addition, the process for this product is time consuming. It does work though.

The Rejuvenate Bio-Enzymatic Title and Grout Cleaner is a non-toxic cleaning solution, with a pleasant smell and not harsh on hands. It can be used with a regular mop or scrubbing mop (i.e Sonic Duo mop); per the instructions, I didn't dilute the solution and just applied it on the tile floor. I was a bit worried because with other brands using full strength leaves the floor either sticky or slippery and the smell is quite over-bearing; with this tile and grout cleaner, the floor wasn't sticky or slippery and the floors have a light sheen to them - almost like the sheen in satin paints. As far as its cleaning ability, i think it performs just as well other tile and grout cleaners; time will tell for the bio-enzymatic ability, which is supposed to lighten the floors with each subsequent use. Either way, I like that it's non-toxic, gets the job done, and my house doesn't have to smell like vinegar ^_^ !

I was looking for an easy to use grout cleaner and I found it with Bio-Enzymatic Tile and Grout Cleaner. I applied the cleaner to the floor with a soft cloth and rub it in good. I then let it sit over night and washed it off. The grout looked better but not by much. I decided to give it another try. I applied the cleaner using a soft scrub brush and worked it into the grout and again, let it sit over night one more time. The next morning after breakfast I washed the floor with plain water to get up all the residue. This time the results were much better as you can see in the photos. I would give it 5 stars if I did not have to do it twice but than again, maybe my floors were dirty since in a high traffic area. I would recommend this product though as it did a good job cleaning.

I was looking for a floor cleaner that could remove a film that never seems to disappear after many cleanings. The tile floor was installed in 1998, so the white tiles had yellowed over time. I didn't realize how much until I used this product. At first the spraying, spreading, drying, rinsing, drying seem extra work, but it wasn't bad at all. The results seemed ordinary after the first drying, nothing but clean. However,after rinsing and the second dry, I noticed the film was gone and the tiles looked whiter. I'm getting ready to clean the floors again just to see if those enzymes cause more change, but the floors are still CLEAN. I like this for regular use, but I will say I wish the manufacture included a sprayer hose for this large 128 ounce bottle. Pouring it into a sprayer bottle, even using a funnel was difficult and I spilled. That makes the value of buying larger sizes less of a deal and I dislike waste because of bad packaging. Other then that, a really good product.

OK, this product is just GREAT! It does what it says. Just follow the simple instructions on the back and 1 - 2 - 3 your grout will become cleaner and look great. Even better, each time you clean your tile floor, the product will activate again and your grout will look better with each cleaning. I clean my floors weekly and use Rejuvenate Tile and Grout Cleaner twice a month. I just can not believe the difference in my grout. - Yes, I would recommend giving this product a try.

I bought this hoping to deal with persistent mold on both my kitchen counter tiles and my bathroom shower tiles. The promise of a non-toxic, zero-scrub solution to mold was just too tempting. Turns out it's not quite as good as billed, because this is really a "daily" cleaner, the kind you spray on every day to keep mold at bay. It's not a heavy-duty cleaner, and won't immediately remove really set-in stains. The bottle says you don't need to scrub, so I didn't, and after one application on my shower tiles, absolutely nothing happened. I kept spraying, two or three times a day, and after a few days, I noticed the mold slowly disappearing. Perhaps over many weeks of treatment, the mold will be gone, although by then I'll run out of the product. To put this all another way, if you have seriously dirty tiles, you're going to have to hit them with bleach or another caustic material, put on your rubber gloves, and scrub away as you've always had to.

Product directions very simple to follow, with subsequent use very good product

So I only have tile in my foyer. But there I had several rust spots from a metal planter that had sat there, I used common cleaners, and while they worked somewhat, I had to really scrub to get them as clean as I did (using a green scour pad); but I still had a couple of small spots that I couldn't get out (See 1st Pic--pointing to one of spots, other is to Left & Down from that). This product did the trick (See Pic. 2)! I didn't even let it sit for any time, after spraying! I did use the same green scour pad, but I didn't have to put any pressure at all to get the spots off! The Grout was dirty too with Georgia Clay & the same rust. It seemed to get those cleaner as well, but it's difficult to say, since the grout is so dark to begin with. We have several rentals that we made the mistake of putting tile in, and tile with light grout, no less! We will definitely be using this product on them, on the next turn-over cycle!

The jury is still out on this product. I was looking for a new bottle of Rejuvenate Deep Clean Grout Cleaner - the get-on-your-hands-and-knees and scrub product that worked really well. All I could find was this Bio-Enzymatic Tile and Grout Cleaner. I bought the spray mop figuring I'd test the claims of the mop/cleaner combination. Surprisingly, with little effort, the floors and to some extent, the very dirty light-colored grout cleaned up nicely. Each mopping gets a little cleaner. It's hard to wrap my head around the no-hands-and-knees, but at my age, I'll go with it!.

Product did not work as advertised

My grout was beyond dirty. This product was easy to use, a little scrubbing and it looked like new.
