Not great! You have to scrub to get dirt off. That is what I was trying to avoid. Also windows have a film.

Very pleased with this product! Easy to use, no mess, does a marvelous job cleaning! Window cleaner excellent, no streaks or spots left! Have bought it many times and will continue to purchase. Wish they would put a little more of the house cleaner in the duo. It seems to run out first (for me at least).

Works, but only with agitation
The directions suggest that this is a simple spray on, spray off product. But that's far from accurate. Without agitation, this product simply does not work. With agitation, sure, but i'm not sure how well. The sprayer won't allow you to get to the top off your wall if you have a two story house, so you can only do part of the house. And since the bottle is opaque, you can't tell how much cleaner you have left. Would not buy again.

This product is very easy to hold and use and does an effective job of coverage. Rinsing however may be an issue. Rinsing will remove lose dirt and pollen but it will need power washing to do a thorough job. So overall a good job in softening dirty surfaces, but not good at rinsing.

Having both the siding and window cleaner in one dispenser was very convenient. The window cleaner was excellent; the siding cleaner only good.

Ineffective
Decided to try this product to remove some light mold on a 12x14 shed. Followed the directions carefully as I'd never used this type of product before. I used nearly the whole bottle on one wall with absolutely no effect. I understand that scrubbing could be required for "stubborn" stains, but I was trying to remove the lightest stain I think would be noticeable. Did not try the window chem. Definitely would not recommend for siding. Waste of money.

Did a good job of cleaning both the house and the windows. But the fact that the containers for each soap container are opaque means there is no way to tell how much is left in each container. Or if there is anything left.

Not worth it
The window cleaner was "ok" but no different than any other hose-end window cleaners out there. The house wash was a waste of time. Used as directed and I couldn't see any difference. The rinse stream was a joke - I ended up unscrewing it and just spraying with the hose (yes I have good water pressure). Fancy bottle but I wouldn't get again.
