Needed this for my high efficientcy furnace intake & exaust. Fit perfectly with the rimjoist!

DO NOT TRUST RHEEM for this or anything else. You will not know what they are sending until you get it. The picture does not match what I got. They change their specifications, but do not change part numbers so they have no clue about what you should expect. Maybe 4" OC or maybe 5.5" which clearly matters if you have holes in your wall according to their specs. If you read the questions, Rheem provides conflicting and incorrect information. Customer service at Rheem (5 different people) all bad. Tried to blame some 3rd party manufacturer, but then said they asked them to change it. Rude and uncaring. Will avoid Rheem for future purchases. HD took it back for refund, but does not fix wasted labor expense. Sorry for ranting. I do not regularly post negative product reviews, but this was extreme. Bad product from Rheem plus rude service from Rheem.

Awesome product at a great Home Depot price. Worked perfectly as advertised and now our plumber is going to use this on all his Rheem tankless installations!!

Used this for a Noritz tankless water heater I got from Home Depot. It works very well, and looks much better outside than the concentric pipe option as it is much smaller and aesthetically pleasing on the side of the house. Note- I only used the exhaust tube portion of this as the intake air for me is in my garage from the top of the tankless unit. Works great!!

Should have been part of tankless product since product was based on 2”. A 3” bent kit came with the product. Confusing.

This product works great. One thing to note from prior reviews. The connections are a little loose because they are not meant to be glued. As time passes, you may need to clean one or both of the pipes, of insect nests or other debris. This is especially true if used for a furnace(Rheem lists this use in the furnace manual), since it is only running part of the year, and not the part when most nests are built. I am very glad I waited until the item arrived to measure for the holes. I think someone posted the measurements for the 3 inch unit in one of the other reviews.

Great alternative to the silly PVC pipes that the HVCA guys put in. Easy to install, looks so much better.
