This product is great in that it eliminates having to haul around a heavy ladder when filling up the birdfeeders. I gave it 3 stars because one of the levers holding the string was broken upon delivery. I needed them right away or I would have sent them back for replacement. The two I have are great!

The pulleys broke within a week, havent had the opportunity to take them back

Pulley works to gently lower birdfeeder with one hand supporting the weight (2 lbs.), but does not raise again unless the weight is totally off of it. Luckily for me, the feeder isn't hung very high.

Great product using it for bird feeder

I use it to hold my Bird feeder! It works just fine and my birds seem to be happy there are always birds feeding from iot and it helps to keep the squirrels off the feeder. This is second set and should be advertised as a way to fill bird feeders a lot easier. Normand St Cyr Danvers MA 01923

The rope does not pull down easily and to short fir what i needed.

Love this system easy to use.

No assembly. If pull the release cord doesn't work with pets they pull on the cord. Plus children pull cord .bPlant then fell broke pot. As the cord is hanging down for easy reach. B Returned to store for refund.

Sadly, the pulleys will not work for me. Need to hang planters up high and will not be able to reach to unclick the pulley to allow lowering. I will be exhanging them for regular pulleys where I can also regulate rope length and can take heavier weight bearing.

I love them! They are easy to raise up and down while pulling on the cord. You must hold your hand under the pot while operating the cord to move the pot up or down. If you do not, especially when removing a pot the hook will zip quickly to the top. I like these because I like to switch heights of the pots and I do not need to use my ladder.

Pullry System is GREAT! Working just as described and now my wife can lower her potted flowers any time she wishes, for watering and trimming!! She loves it!!

Hook broke on 3 of them with less than 2lb plants. Had to buy stronger hooks and replace them.

Are not working. After you let plant down to water, they will not go back up.

They work great when you follow the directions. I ordered a set of three and broke one right away trying it out without holding the hanging basket. Then I broke a second one because I did not have the hanging basket secure enough when letting it down. I will order more.

I would not recommend this for hanging outside plants, only because when watering the plant, it would add more weight to it and cause it not to lift the plant up while pulling the cord. The pull cord is useless for this. I have broken 2 out of 3. The third is not use and will save it for something else.

Such a grand convenience I almost feel guilty! The feeling quickly goes away as i water my plants with ease-- the kids even get a kick out of helping with the watering!

No more water running down your arm and into your armpit! These pulleys make it easy to get the plant at your level to water! Love them!

Great for hanging baskets from hooks under roof overhangs.

The pulley system works very well, but it drops very quickly and needs to be held when lowering it .

Works well for watering flowers. Had a similar product previously that didn't have the string system.. Liked it better.
