Great idea and works good, just fits a little loose

"Holds your material completely still & perfectly square for an exact 90° cut" I don't get it. How can this 'sled' allow you to cut anything if it doesn't move it through the blade? ???

The sled does not fit in the channel of the Bladerunner. It is too tight. Maybe if I forced it back and forth 100x the plastic insert would loosen up. The plastic is cheap and is flexible.

At first I wondered how in earth that this sled would not be cut in half after the first cut. To my total surprise not only did it stop advancing before being cut in half, it also cuts square, which is great when you are prepping wood or acrylic to turn into pens which cuts down on waste. I would highly recommend this product. GREAT JOB ROCKWELL!!!

It does what it was design to do, make the blade runner more versatile .

Crosscut sled has too much play in it. Can not make a straight cut because if the play in the sled.

It works BUT it is a sloppy fit so you must be careful or you won't get a straight cut. another thing,it would be better if it was a little longer so you could use it to crosscut up to 12 inch width easily and accurately.

What a great additive to the BladeRunner. Helps you keep your cuts square. For repeat cuts you can clamp on stop.

I bought it for Christmas and i have not used it yet but i put it on my saw.

I bought the bladerunner x2 package with the bladerunner x2, wall mount, extra blades, and crosscut sled. Although I only received the bladerunner x2 and crosscut sled, and not the extra blades or wall mount, the sled works like it should. This package would be good for anyone doing lower level/basic handyman stuff. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone looking for exact precise cuts however.

It's ok - not what I expected - the fit o the saw is sloppy. It is good for handling longer boards - just don't expect a perfect 90 degree cut.

This crosscut sled is a great addition. I find it stabilizes the material being cut, making more accurate cuts. Also, I feel it adds a factor of safety, especially when trimming smaller pieces.

This sled is a must have accessory for your bladerunner! It keeps the material nice and square as you cut. I would give it 5 stars; however, when cutting 3/4 inch material the foot rides to high to stop the sled and I ended up cutting into the sled itself. The back portion should be a little higher.

I added this to my blade runner and it improves my cuts and speeds up my project time.

After using my Blade Runner, I needed a solution for a straight cut. this is the perfect added feature I needed. This is great for all my projects. Thanks

Works fine for smaller pieces up to 1 ". Not so good on 2X4. But that's to be expected its a smaller saw. some play in the piece so pay attention.

This is not a precision tool. But it is certainly adequate for a weekend homeowner do it yourselfer.

I purchased the Crosscut Sled for my BladeRunner X2. I think it is a great addition to the saw. Very easy to use and it is accurate.

I bought this for a different model bladerunner. With a little overhaul I was able to make it work like it was suppose to for the org. model. Works great!

Still learning to use it. Also got the crosscut sled and like the features.

I bought the BladeRunner for by Grandsons to learn how to cut safely for their projects and it has been a complete success. I am extremely pleased with it . I should not have been surprised as it's a Rockwell !

I use this saw when doing modeling. It is great for light duty

This accessory is such a good fit with this saw, it should have been included with the saw. Oh sure you can use a piece of wood to push your project piece or your finger if you have a low IQ, but this is custom fit for the BladeRunner. I Like it.

I really like the Crosscut Sled. After reading through many reviews on different sites, I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase the sled. Since I trust and know that Rockwell makes great tools, I decided to purchase it and I sure am glad I did. It works perfectly. I was using it to cut trim for my kitchen and my cuts were perfectly straight. I even let my wife cut some of the trim and it was the first time she ever made a straight cross cut. I couldn't be happier with the Crosscut Sled. Some of the reviews stated that it doesn't fit right on the BladeRunner X2, but, mine fits perfectly and there's no play in the sled while doing the crosscut. If you want perfectly straight Cross Cuts, I would definitely recommend the CrossCut Sled attachment for the BladeRunner X2. It's well worth the money.

I brought the 4 my b-day, it's ok to work with but the plastic it's made from needs to be lot more thicker and it not made 4 heavier woods/etc, this is good for light weight things not heavy duty work, yes I would tell a friend but I would let them know it's not for heavy duty use.

Item is well made, and if you want the ability to make precise cuts this is the ticket!! Helps alot in holding material steady and firm, And i think it was well priced... I would recommend if you need to make straight precise cuts..
