I made some wood signs and sanded the sides to look worn or distressed. I love it. Rustoleum makes a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This White, Rust-Oleum Chalked paint is wonderful. Made by a brand name I trust. You only need 1 coat. You can apply to a variety of surfaces. It is perfect for crafting. I will paint my project and let it dry. Then rough it up with some sand paper and it gives it that old look. You can also just use it to paint other projects. It dries to a white chalky smooth finish. It comes in other colors but I love the white. Makes something old look new again or makes something new look old. I Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve worked with chalk paint before but never this brand. I was impressed with it. I made a three tiered shelf and used this paint. It was very easy to use and I’m really happy how my project turned out. It dried quickly but I waited a couple days before adding another coat. I would recommend it and I can’t wait to paint a book shelf in the spring with this brand. I’m enclosing a photo but my lighting isn’t great.

Used in a spray bottle at 50 to 60% water....to renew an old fireplace stone

I picked this up for a furniture upcycle. It was wonderful to apply & dried quickly. I would buy this again.

I used a natural bristle brush which left brush lines, which I'm okay with. I love everything about it!

Aside from a wash with Simple Green, I needed no further prep to transform this outdated piece to a showpiece. Two coats covered easily, and a quart was more than I needed. Now I want to redo every piece of furniture in the house!

I love chalk paint but hadn't used this brand before. I was disappointed that the color came out to be a shade lighter than charcoal. I ended up using dark wax over my piece to darken it up because the color was so light.

Turned out really nice. Pretty color.

Bought the charcoal, which is advertised as dark grey/almost black. Turned out to be a medium blue-grey. Not happy. Now have to buy another paint.

I redid an entire hutch with this can of paint and it did not require any prior sanding or stripping. I just cleaned the hutch with warm soapy water before hand. The majority of the hutch took 2 coats, but I did have to run the brush over for 3 coats in a couple spots. Super easy to use!!!!!!!! Make sure to get a chalk paint brush, or a brush with natural brissels.

I love it! Its smooth and easy to sand to create a vintage look. I painted my bureau and had plenty left over for other small projects! I highly recommend!!

Redoing my entire living. Fire place was first project. I am in love with this paint! I cant wait for my next project. I highly recommend. I even used on brick.

Ruined hours of good work. It came out bubbly. it was runny and hard to work with. it left horrible streaks!

Used this to re-do an entire bedroom set. It took 3-1/2 cans to complete and two coats to completely cover. Works well, but I found I had to sand in between coats. Very soft brush or high-quality short-nap roller both left a bumpy surface. Finished with the Matte Clear Protective Topcoat for extra durability. Pictures don't show true color.

I had a large stone wall to white wash and the results were great! I thought since the can was a under a quart that it wouldn't be enough for my project, but since I added about 50-60% water, it stretched further. I only ended up needing 1 can. There is another wall and sitting area that isn't pictured, that was painted as well.

I use this product on a regular basis and love it! It is easy to co tool and budget friendly. Great glaze for beginners to use.

I painted my fireplace after it had scatches and dents and I purchased a chalk paint to solve the problem and see the results. Good paint!!!!

This chalk paint was great. Smooth and easy to apply. We painted our kitchen cabinets which were very dark. We used two coats of Kilz oil-based primer and then one to two coats of the chalk paint then topped it off with the rust-oleum clear matte top coat.

Beautiful finish with no priming. Easy to use and clean up. Transformed a dated 80s bedroom set for only a few dollars. Highly recommend!

Painted our dining table with the chalked spray can. We lightly sanded table top and stand and wiped down with denatured alcohol. Well the stand turned out great but the table top looked terrible! I think it was too large of an area to spray. So I Resanded it and purchased a quart of charcoal chalked paint. Instead of spraying I rolled the paint on using a foam 4 inch roller. This time it turned out great! I sealed it with the chalked matte sealer.

Purchased it to refinish a dresser and is beautiful. Love the color and it covered everything. Only did 2 coats.

I loved the way my paint project came out. I used aged gray. Easy to work with and definitely cheaper than some of the other chalk paint out there; which leaves me more money to do other furniture projects.

The product gave me just the results I was looking for. I didn't distress the finish but added a Rust-Oleum clear top coat. Due to Covid I used curbside pickup. It would have been nice if they'd thrown in a stir stick. Or, is that no longer expected? I did have to stir the paint.
