If you are using a can with a similar type of top that Rustoleum uses you should have no problems using this item. Turn the spraying mechanism upside down and watch how it works when you squeeze the wings together. Then make sure that your can is above those rings with the spraying vent on the button on your can facing forward and release the tension from the wings. Check out the direction of the nozzle to make sure that it is pointed forward and you are good to go.

Made painting SO much easier. No hand cramping or messy fingers. Just be sure the spray nozzle on the can lines up with the opening while spraying. I made that mistake and paint spray inside the handle. Luckily it was contained and didn't get all over me. Highly recommend.

Saves on the wrist and hands

This was an excellent product. I looked and felt a bit flimsy, so I bought two, just in case one of them broke. It fit over the can perfectly and relieved a lot of pressure from my finger, which seemed to get a bit of nerve damage from using the spray can without this. Do yourself a favor and buy this if you plan to use the spray paint.

Best invention ever for paint spray cans! Definitely is better than just pressing down on the nozel with a finger.

It did the job. The can will pop out if there is an aggressive trigger squeeze or side to side waving. I would buy it again
