It done the job! Perfect!!!

Always better to upgrade than using a wax ring

This item appears well made and does hold the bolts as advertised and may well fit some models. However, when used with the Oatey 4 in. Twist-N-Set flange and the Kohler Wellworth 1.28GPF toilet, the gasket will not compress sufficiently to properly seat the toilet, whereas the wax seal included with the toilet works great.

First time using it. I like the fact that if you get un level you can back off, with wax once you tighten up can’t back off. Great product!!! I recommend it.

Bought one it was so easy to use I got a second one & replaced a second toilet

We moved into our house as a rental in January of 2021, bought the house from our landlord in December of 2022, so I can’t actually attest to how long this product lasted. What I can attest to is that when I took it off of the flange, it’s “proprietary coating” was destroyed, with the foam inside showing through in numerous places and, though the toilet was level and tight to the floor, it was leaking, and no clue as to how long that had been happening either. Replaced with a Fluidmaster.

Save your money and purchase several wax rings. This item fell apart and soaked up filthy water, pretty nasty. I'll never install another one.

I returned this. The flange that goes into the drain is only 1/4inch. I don't like that. It should be at least 1 inch

The seal was too tall and would not let the toilet seat properly

I've had this in for about 4-5 years now. While it is great new it breaks down and turns into a sponge. The toilet bolt has rotted away to the point of snapping off. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this. There is a reason why HD stopped carriyng this in their stores.

I tried the Sani Seal Toilet Gasket on a new installation. With all my weight pushing down on the toilet, it was still a quarter inch above the floor. It is a nice design, but needs to be provided in smaller thicknesses.

No, it was too tall. I had to use the Corky product. The flange was less than 3/8 inch above the floor.

This is the greatest toilet gasket. I have used it now on 3 different toilets and they are great. No mess and easy to install. If you make a mistake seating your toilet you just lift it up and do it again with no mess. I will never use a messy wax gasket again.

This is my third purchase of the Sani seal toilet gasket. I won't buy anything else. I've had one in service for about 15 years now. Before I installed it the toilet was leaking with every flush. I tried to replace the wax ring, but it still leaked. Plus, I had to buy two wax rings because I placed the toilet prematurely and crushed a ring making it unusable. The second Sani Seal gasket has been in place for about 5 years without a problem. With the Sani Seal gasket, you can set and reset the toilet all day long and never have a leak. The soft foam conforms perfectly to the toilet and forms a perfect seal.
