Great cooktop but it is not stainless and hard to
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it is a powerful and good cooktop. Taking 1 star off because the stainless steel surface is very easy get stain and get scratches. I can see my finger prints everywhere after touching it. It is not easy to clean. Sangsung should do a better job to make a better quality for the cooktop stainless surface.

delivery was simple and the guys were really nice about...
delivery was simple and the guys were really nice about rescheduling the haul away. The stove is beautiful and so far I've had zero issues with it and there is really nothing I can truly complain about this stove top.

worst purchase ever and last samsung purchase
bought this in 2019. last year one of the knobs got jammed. and one knob broke. it costs $150 for a single knob. Got the knob and internal mechanism replaced. Now two of the knobs are all losened. I have to now open the cover and retighten the knobs. Also now one of the LED lights are malfunctioning. This is the worst appliances that i have in my entire life....so many issues in just 2 years. Will never by samsung products ever again.

Easy to install, easier to use! If you're trying to convert an electric range top to gas, this product is very easy for the DIY enthusiast! Having controls that illuminate when turned on is great fail-safe. The burners are a little crowded together, but not enough to prohibit multiple use. Looking forward to using the Bluetooth feature with a Samsung hood soon!

Awesome quality and on top of that superb support from Samsung. We encountered an issue during installation and contacted Samsung. It was resolved free of charge while other handyman service was either not able to fix or gave unreasonable quote. Bottom line, reach out to Samsung first, a lesson learned for me.

We waited for four months for delivery, but was so easy to install, by the Propane company (30 minutes). Normally I do my own installation so I only prepped the area by changing the power outlet from 240 Volt 30 Amp (old electric cook-top) to 120 Volt 20 Amp service but left the Gas connections to the professionals. Just LOVE the Large middle burner, that really puts out the heat to boil water quickly, then the VERY LOW "simmer". Very versatile with four different gas level burners. We love the "lighted" control knobs and the way they are away form the burners so you won't accidentally have a pan touch the knobs and melt them.

This cooktop is wonderful. It was a huge upgrade from my previous one. The 5 burners make cooking very fast and convenient. The center burner can boil water faster than any stovetop I’ve ever had in the past. The cooktop also looks beautiful, it’s a wonderful addition to my kitchen. I would recommend this product to anyone that is natural gas.

Very happy with this cooktop. It replaced a builder grade GE. We were limited to size because the granite had been cut for the GE, and this was one of the few that would fit the space. I was already a fan of Samsung appliances so this is the one we chose. It works great. Heats up water quickly and simmers very well. My husband installed and there were challenges only because of the poorly rigged installation of the old one. But in the end, it went into the space perfectly after some adjustments to the connections. Would recommend.

So far, so good - Bought EVERBILT 4' GAS RANGE CONNECTOR KIT for installation
I just installed this cooktop at home and it works great so far. Very quick lighting and strong burners...I am glad I went with this one and not the slightly stronger one for more money. It also looks great once it is installed. The stainless steal is substantially more shiny than shown in the official picture on the Home Depot website, but it didn't bother me once the grates were in place. The installation manual does tell you how to remove the wi-fi antenna on the back and replace it with a flat cover, so that answered one of my big questions (although it turned out that I did not need to remove it after all). I gave up on the WiFi feature as I felt it asked for too much authorization on my phone (and for something I can't imagine I will ever use). Installation was easier than expected. I found that the Everbilt 4' Gas Connector Kit was very helpful during installation and had the connectors I needed for this project.
