Best oven that I have owned!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the flex duo option, which turns the single oven into a double oven when the divider is in place. We have a big family who always seem to want to use the oven at the same time so being able to bake at two different temperatures comes in handy. The oven heats very quickly (even more so with flex duo). I also love the multiple rack level options that allow us to find room for multiple dishes cooking at the same time. This oven looks outstanding and cooks just as well. The multiple bake options have allowed us to experiment and find the best options to make our favorite dishes. I would definitely recommend this oven!

    Serious Upgrade with Great Technology!
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had this oven installed a few days ago and we dove right into using it. These are still first impressions, but so far, ...WOW!!! This oven impresses from the very first glance and goes from there. First off, it's visually stunning in our kitchen. Period. Setup and linking it in with our other Samsung devices on Family Hub was a snap! If you know and use other Samsung devices, this one seamlessly fits right in. Upon connecting, it immediately set up everything based on my existing profile, leaving very little from a Smart Things perspective to take care of. I can already tell my wife (she's a serious home cook) is going to be all over this oven. There are loads of features - far more than you can include in a short review. But they are very well organized and very straight forward to access. We've now cooked our first few dinners and a few other meals with it, and it has not disappointed! The pre-programmed Healthy Cooking settings are really nice (we started with Baked Potatoes). Best of all, the alerts in the SmartThings app make multitasking cooking with handling other family activities a lot easier - especially as we are also tending to a baby in the house. The alerts also discretely show up on our other SmartThings devices (Family Hub, TVs). We can set and monitor the oven and meals that are cooking on the go - big kudos to the SmartControls mode for this. Even little things like the automatic clock setting are appreciated if you've been in a busy house with kids. It's a little thing, but I *love* the blue lights when it's working too. My only area I see for improvement is that I wish the clock display would default to being on as opposed to going off after a few minutes. Not a big deal, and it's mainly because the clock display looks so nice when it's on. This oven is definitely a keeper. It heats nicely, allows right-sizing and flexibility for meals, and is really functional where it counts. Couldn't be happier with it so far!

      Good features with decent performance
      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this earlier this year to replace aging oven. We used it for about 4 months now. Overall it is a nice oven: has high end design and features with very nice touch interface. Quality of the material appears to be good given the price. Flex Duo is a good idea but only limitation is the size of the food you can fit in the lower or upper half of the oven. It would have been nice if they can allow some adjustments. As far as cooking, oven heats up quickly and works pretty good. However, we still notice temperature is not uniform inside the oven where top shelf gets hotter than the bottom. Can use some improvements including an option to leave the clock screen on even when oven is turned off. Overall decent oven.

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how pretty my new Samsung 30” Flex Duo Single Wall Oven in Stainless Steel looks in my kitchen. I opened the oven and it was a beautiful blue color inside. It has digital display that allows you to cook with the recipes already down-loaded into the oven or create your own masterpiece. The convection oven allows you to cook your food quickly. The Flex Duo Technology allows you to cook an entree on the top at one temperature and another on the bottom at a different temperature. No more waiting for one entree to finish to start another. The Wi-Fi allows the oven to connect to Smart Things so you never forget you are cooking and it allows you to know when your entree has finished cooking. My family enjoys cooking with this oven.

                temperature is always 25% to 30% lower than the setting. no software updates for the oven. cant cook with it ; not reliable.what an awful oven.

                  Don’t waste your money. We have had nothing but problems with this oven. Parts have been replaced. Still have issues. Uneven cooking on baked goods. NEVER have been able to use connectivity to App and WiFi. I ask for a replacement. Never happened.

                        Major Repair w/in 18 months
                        We bought this oven (or last year's version of it) in 2017. Two weeks ago we received an error message after cooking indicating there was a problem w/ the cooling motor? Almost $600 later our oven is fixed and nothing is covered by the warranty. How does a cooling motor break after 18 months of moderate use?? You'd think you buy a $2000+ oven and you'd get a certain level of quality but obviously not. I spent over $10,000 on Samsung appliances when we redid our kitchen last year...so far the dishwasher door had to be replaced and now this issue w/ the oven. Your customers deserve better Samsung.

                          Designed by techs with no interest in real baking
                          We bought this a month ago and I regret not checking the reviews first. The interface is a mess: we've burned multiple recipes just because the timers require a non-intuitive two-touch confirmation, the touchscreen is laggy, meaning you're frequently pushing the screen multiple times to get the feedback you want, and the temperature knobs make no sense at all (click back and forth to raise/lower temperature? On a rotating knob?) Oh, and the wifi/smart features don't work at all (thousands of reviews on the app confirm this). The broiler is overpowered to the point of being unusable. High broil chars things in seconds, and even low broil requires you to use a lower rack to prevent burning too quickly. It bakes things just fine and it looks pretty, so there's that. But I'm deeply unhappy with Samsung's inattention to detail in this very expensive oven.

                            I purchased this oven during the end stages of our build , 10/7/2017 was when the order was placed, mid November I received the appliance package ( ALL samsung black stainless appliances) we moved in Christmas day 2017 and we finally was able to use this oven. It is beautiful , and I love the features , however months later the door glass came completely separated from the back panel from a broken anchor so they had to send me a new door assembly. Then randomly the display will freeze up in the middle of preheat, or just upon one day trying to turn it on I cant get it to do ANYTHING, the knobs are lit up blue, the screen is black for several min. then the Samsung logo is frozen on the screen.I figured it was a 1 time issue and weeks later it happened again, then it happened again so before warranty ran out I call it in. They send someone out 2 weeks later, and he scratches his head, leaves calls me back two weeks later says he is going to come out with a display board, shows up , says its the wrong part, leaves and I never hear from him, I send him a video of it freezing up, and weeks go by. FINALLY Samsung calls probably twice a week to see if anyone has helped me and I say no I am still in the dark. They call today with a Samsung Home Depot rep. saying since your oven is slightly out of warranty now and NOBODY can work on it what we can do is pick up the oven , and give you your money back that you paid. ummm That is not fixing my issue a month before Thanksgiving, at least it works 80% of the time and I want matching appliances, and the fact I just paid for an extended warranty with Samsung (HIGHLY suggest if you decide to still purchase this unit) so now what? Well we can swap out your entire unit and you just update the serial on your extended contract. It will take up to 21 days to do this. I do not have much confidence in this replacement unit if there is anything wrong with it due to the fact that there are no service teams available, at least in our area. I am appreciative that Samsung did not just abandon me on this and they are at least resolving the issue but this unit cost sooo much more than the other units and I think they need to do some testing and make allowances for the others that may be out of pocket.

                              I purchased this oven 12/17 and am writing this review 9 months later. I love the look and the mechanics work very well. The oven sometimes doesn't close shut so I need to give it an extra push. All things I can live with. The reason for the low number of stars is because of the interior. The beautiful blue enamel is chipping off! No I haven't used a harsh cleaner or taken a pick axe to it or something. It is chipping and bubbling off --- and guess what Samsung will do nothing for me. I wished I had gotten a different brand.

                                Oven is 11 months old, used the self-clean feature for the first time. Ran about 60 minutes into a 3-hour self-clean mode and completely stopped working (control panel went dark/blank, door locked, no operating functions). Even after letting it cool down for several hours, and turning breaker off and back on, oven is not working and door remains locked. Read other reviews elsewhere - this has happened repeatedly on Samsung ovens. If you like paying for a feature you can't use - be my guest. This is my last Samsung purchase.

Operating instructions are intuitive, easy to follow. Temp probe works great. Self clean works great. Blue interior is cool. Haven't used the steam bake yet. We've had it 6 weeks, and so far, we highly recommend it.

                                    Crisp, clean design. I've only used it a couple of times but baked really well and the temp probe worked great on some large chicken breasts to 165*. One very odd and annoying thing which I've since found out is a common complaint is the display which can only stay on for max 60mins. There's no way to keep your clock on permanently. While annoying to me, some posters went crazy over it. (imagine).

                                    I have just installed this oven and used it for about two weeks - I love the flex option and have been using the upper section mostly. I really appreciate the quality of the materials and look and feel of the oven. It preheats really fast. The timer functionality has been tripping me up though - You have to set the timer and then start it. And i keep forgetting to press start after setting it!. So far the touch screen is working well - hopefully it will continue to do so. On the whole good value for the price.
