I like the space inside

The Samsung fridge is almost perfect! It looks good in our kitchen and has a lot of room for everything. The only room that I see for improvement is with the ice maker. It would be great if it made ice quicker and held more of it. Thank you :0)

This refrigerator is a perfect fit for our growing family. Love the alarm on the door to remind the children to close the doors.

super nice and it looks great in our kitchen, I guess I am old school, I like the side by side this is not in style, well at lease my older kids tell me so.LOL, there was a lot more to choose from that was top refrigerator and bottom freezer, anyway the ice maker is very quite at making ice, Fingerprint resistant I like that to, but it is only and girl friend and me, no kids to add fingerprint to the front of the refrigerator. the only problem that I have or had... is with the delivery of this refrigerator, TEMCO is who deceived it, they run the new refrigerator into my new Ceil-fan and did damage to it, I am still waiting for them to take care of this problem, they our not in any hurry to do anything about it. but the refrigerator is a great problem

This is a spacious side by side refrigerator. And the layout is great for larger item storage, it is well thought out. The ice maker is at the door so thats making more space for the freezer. Also I have a wall near the freezer door. This layout makes the ice maker easy to clean out. Which other traditional sided by side has the ice maker on top of the inside rack that makes it hard to clean or take out. Overall great layout design nad very nice looking side by side for the kitchen. It certainly looks more expansive than what it actually cost. I feel happy to use it everything. And the warranty is longer than many other brands. Thank you Samsung!

Fridge and freezer has lots of room and looks great. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the ice bin is a little small and when you have a family of 5 the ice runs out quickly. Also the refrigerator shelves are not adjustable. However, this fridge is way better than the fridgedaire we previously had.

So far, I'm happy with the Side by Side frig. I find that I like the freezer shelves much better than the large freezer drawers where you have to go digging for your steak. I'm not very impressed with the water dispenser/ice maker. The ice is very slow to respond and if you don't hold the cup up high and close, the cubes go flying on the floor. They can send a man to the moon but can't make a decent ice dispenser. I'm use to that, but the slow response is not cool. Sometimes it seems as if the ice is not going to come down. Just as I'm about to give up, the ice pops out onto the floor. The water spicket thingy is crooked and so the stream of water comes out not straight down but askew. I'm afraid of trying to adjust it and breaking it. Other than those particular things which I suppose I can live with, I like the frig.

It works great. I’ve got so many compliments on it. The delivery team was great. Very professional and nice. Highly recommend this refrigerator.

We have only had the refrigerator for a few weeks but it is larger and colder than the french door frig we had. At this time, we are extremely pleased with this refrigerator.

I'm really happy with my new refrigerator! Modern and clean style. More room inside. I hope will be working that long, like my old Samsung refrigerator. People complaining for water dispenser, that is not easy to use. Actually is very easy. You just hold the glass like normally you drink and your hand push the button. That how should be. The ice maker is in the door, so have more room in the freezer. This refrigerator is great! Good experience with Homedepot too! Easy online shopping and fast delivery.

We have had this samsung 27.4 side by side refrigerator about a month. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. I choose this one because it was the largest side by side that would fit in the spot I have. We have a big family. We had home depot deliver and set up. The guys did a great job, they were polite and efficient. This Samsung refrigerator does have some pros and cons. But I find the cons to be minor inconveniences. Pros: Big Quiet Cools quickly Temperature display instead of numbers that you have to guess at which one to pick!!!! I like the no handle look The finger print resistace is nice and easy to wipe clean. I like the ice in the door freeing up freezer space Door seals with no gaps Lighting is good Cons: The water spout does not shoot straight down but rather in multiple directions so we hold our cups up higher, without touching. The shelves can only be in 1 position so you cant make some spots bigger some smaller. I wish it had more drawers. A few notes: I saw someone complaining that they couldn't hit the water button with their cup without making a mess. 1. We have had 3 frigs with an indoor water and have ALWAYS had to hold a finger out behind the cup to hit the button 2. Eww if you hit the button with a cup you drank out of you then get mouth germs on the button. We have not had any trouble with the water or ice dispenser dripping, much less dripping so much it ran down the front. The ice despensor is plenty big for us and does not get clogged. However, we do not use alot of ice, at most a few cups a day, so I could see if you do use alot it might be a problem. As I said before overall I am pleased with my purchase and find the cons to be minor.

We picked this refrigerator because of the size, cooling system and the storage features inside. Our previous refrigerator was a Samsung and overall we were pleased with it. So, when the ice-maker failed after years of use, we decided another Samsung would probably suit our needs. We are very pleased with the overall look. Our cabinet space was 36"wide and the refrigerator fit. However, we decided to widen the space by an inch or two so this fridge would have better air circulation. So far, so good. We like the drawer spacing much better than our old fridge and the ice-maker works great too. I know it is "just a fridge" but it is a vital part of our kitchen. Looks great and works great too!

No door handles, icemaker isn't a simple on/off button, water dispenser not easy to use without getting water everywhere. Some instructions hard to follow/ understand. Emptying the icemaker, turning it on/off real pain, perhaps in time we'll get use to the changes.

I feel like I‘ve been upgraded to state of the art luxury,I am so happy and excited with my new Samsung refrigerator I keep going into the kitchen and admiring it.This fridge cools every corner evenly with the all around cooling my sodas, milk, and soft drinks are chilled perfectly every time.There is so much storage space in this fridge with the Fridge drawers you can fit all your vegetables and then some. The door bins are big enough to fit large items like two gallons of milk or a few two liter soda and so much more.The fingerprint resistant makes it makes a huge difference with the ease of cleaning off prints or smudges,The interior led lighting is perfectly balanced for a great all around illumination. The freezer also has a drawer perfect to store franks or sausages The freezer has more than enough space to hold all thatI need,The ice maker has the selection of cubed ice or crushed ice I am so happy and a proud owner of a Samsung refrigerator.

This refrigerator is great. Very happy with it. It cooled down quickly. Very roomy inside. I love the ice maker being in the door, so you don't lose a whole shelf in the freezer. The filter is at the bottom of the fridge, which will be easier for me, a short person, to change.

Everyone seems to like this refrigerator, I actually hate it every time I open it I cant not get past only having 1 light in it that truly only lights completely the top shelf. The second shelf mostly lit the rest dark. It is to me the most annoying thing ever. I called immediately after stocking with food and it getting even darker to Samsung they sent a tech which took pictures and called his supervisor I was told it had a design flaw and had many complaints after a few days hearing nothing I called Samsung they put me thru to home depot we’re I bought from online basically no one will do nothing because the frig works fine. No one will use the word design flaw. I am stuck with a frig I can not see everything in. Did I mention how much I hate it? Great for the reviews for the customers who reviews mention how nice it is and for those that mention the poor lighting I totally understand your frustration. Bottom line I should not be stuck with something I hate that truly is not the way a refrigerator should be. Never another Samsung appliance and I will never shop from home depot again.

Love love love this fridge! We upgraded from an older 25 cu. foot Samsung fridge and I cannot believe how much more room there is. The shelves are crazy deep, it honestly made us do a double take the first few weeks because we thought we were running low on food. As you can see in the pictures, a gallon of milk or a gallon sized pitcher has no problem fitting in the door pockets. I really like the fingerprint resistant finish, we haven't had to wipe it down at all so far. The ice/water dispenser is very sleek and modern looking and operates much easier than the older units. It takes a lot less force to push the lever down. Temperature controls are on the INSIDE of the unit, so it cuts down on the buttons and lights on the water dispenser. Our setup requires the doors to come off for install and the installers commented on how easy it was to get the doors off. Of course, everything can't be sunshine and roses. I did find it a little tough to level this fridge, and I do not like the self opening (opposite of self closing) doors... they have a attendance to force themselves open with only little tug. Unit cooled to operating temperature within 2 hours of install, and it operates pretty quiet. Even at full cooling it's barely noticeable in a quiet room. Overall really pleased with this fridge.

This is a nice looking, basic refrigerator. It is an update on the plain-Jane refrigerator that was always at the end of the row in the store. The first clue is that it has no door handles. There is an inset in each door. Therefore the doors don't fit close together but leave a 3" gap for your hands. Some folks, however, may like the smooth, uncluttered look. It also has no adjustable shelves. This is a bigger deficiency than the door handles to me. It has very nice glass shelves that for some reason do not secure in place. They can slide forward when you remove food but they are not made to slide out. pull it too far and it will fall out. I would like to be able to move the shelves around so I can store things like champagne bottles, sparkling wine, etc. There is no place to store these upright unless I completely lose a shelf. The interior lighting is just in the front of the unit so it is a little dark in the back. There are a number of positives to this moderately priced refrigerator, too. The fit and finish are very good. The black stainless finish on the steel doors really looks good. The unit is very, very quiet, too. I had to lean down by the back to hear if it was even running. The storage in the doors is deep and plentiful. There is a digital control panel in the refrigerator side that is intuitive and easy to use. The temperatures I set (34 degrees and -1 degrees) were reached in about 14 hours and stay right on the money. The ice storage capacity is a little small so if you use a lot of ice it may be an issue. Overall, it is a good value for the money but lacks some of the features I would prefer in my main refrigerator. This is my second refrigerator so it works well.

Looks great! Plenty of room in the cold food side and the freezer side. Pretty quiet gets cold fast maintains temperature. We will see how it goes. First impressions are great.

The Samsung 27.4 cu. ft. Side by Side Refrigerator in Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel is a minimalist design, and is stunning to look at. We really like side by side refrigerators, and this one is no exception. Having water and ice in door is a must for us so we chose this model. Delivery was snap, and install was super simple. The only glitch is the water dispenser is dripping ever so slightly. Per the Samsung website, I need to let it stabilize for 24 hours, then flush the water system by dispensing a gallon or 2, I will do this tomorrow. Leveling was simple, and the recessed handles give this an elegant look. There is plenty of space inside for a large quantity of groceries. The LED lighting is adequate, and the fridge has circulation fans to keep temps even throughout. There is a 10 year warranty on the compressor, very comforting. Controls are located inside, and are easy to operate after you unlock the panel. Great appliance!

I am really pleased.

My perfect refrigerator. I've been shopping refrigerators for a couple of years and this one covers all of the bases. I wanted a side by side with ice/water dispenser on the door and this fridge was a perfect fit. Home Depot provides awesome installation and takes the guesswork out of getting the fridge in your home. With that being said I wanted to become intimately familiar with this unit so I opted to take care of this myself. It was incredibly easy to remove the doors. I followed the directions but in hindsight it was so straight forward directions weren't really necessary. I had the doors removed in about 20 minutes including the bottom hinges. This makes the fridge a little less than 30 inches and just enough to get through my garage door. Putting the doors back on was almost as easy as taking them off but you will need two people to get the ice door on as you have to run the ice and water hoses through the bracket at the bottom and its really difficult to do solo. The fridge rolls forward or backward amazingly well on the built-in casters. This thing is a breeze to roll around if going straight. I like that the front brackets/feet can be adjusted to prevent fridge from moving. At 27.4 cubic feet this fridge is huge but somehow doesn't seem to take up that much space. I replaced an old fridge that was 6 cubic feet smaller and it really makes a difference. This thing will hold enough food for my family of 4 to eat for weeks. The shelves provide ample spacing for tall items or stacked items and the doors hold everything you could need. The freezer is also nicely laid out and has plenty of space. I love the blue led light that lights up the fridge all around. If you want more freezer space the ice bin can be removed to create an additional shelf. The ice maker works great once it gets going. It look awhile to fill up on the first go but we use it frequently throughout the day and haven't run out. If you are planning to use it to fill a large cooler frequently you will probably need something faster as it probably takes about 6-8 hours to refill once emptied. It is designed to refill intermittently. I like that there is not a removable drip pan. Those things get so gunky and are difficult to clean. This unit has a drip tray that will easily hold any normal ice or water drips and it is so easy to wipe clean. The water dispenser works great and provides nicely filtered water, the cubed and crushed ice options work great too. A noise sounds when you change from ice/water/crushed and a blue light appears over the selection. Temperature is controlled digitally from inside the fridge and can be locked to prevent toddlers from making changes. This model is easy to clean and doesn't get as dirty quickly like my stainless dishwasher. I put this to family use for over a week so that I could really write a complete review. Up to this point I'm overly impressed with this refrigerator. It checks all of the boxes for me and I couldn't be happier. I can't really find anything wrong with it. I think generally most appliances in a given price range are similar in performance between brands but this one is special and I recommend it if you are shopping for a new refrigerator.

Samsung white side by side fridge is very large and a lot of usable space. Clean white finish with hide away door handles makes it very attractive. This fridge is great value for the price. Out of the box to in service in about an 1/2 hour including hooking up water for ice and water in the door. We check back in about 2-3 hours and it was temp and had ice. My wife really loves it. We couldn't be happier.
