Trash! Look On-line for Samsung Dryer Stuck Relay!
defective from manufacturer. please check on-line for the multitudes of videos and posts about a "stuck relay" causing you to have to replace the whole control board (expensive part). the fact that samsung has this poor of quality control is shameful. with so many customers experiencing this failure, there should be a class-action lawsuit. do your own research... but buyer beware. i will be reluctant to purchase samsung appliances in the future.

      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is so efficient dries very quickly and what surprised me is that the clothes are not so hairy The preset settings are helpful, but I love that you can still customize them to your needs. Another thing I love is about it is how quiet it is, I tend to do laundry when everyone is in bed and with this dryer I don’t have to worry about it waking anyone. The app is very helpful.

          Smart dryer which is easy to operate
          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer was super quick to setup and is very easy to operate. I have an option to chose from multiple dryness settings. The dryer has huge capacity and looks elegant. Like the washer, it can be operated remotely via an app. The dryer does a good job drying my clothes in considerably less time. It makes very less noise when operating. This dryer is energy efficient and hence more friendly to use.

            Fits All Our Needs For A Family of 5
            [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned the washer and dryer set for 2 weeks now and they have worked great for all our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 little ones and this set has been able to keep up with the toughest of washes for us. The tumbler for this dryer isn’t super large, but it gets the job done for most all the loads we were doing to get caught up with since our previous set completely shut down on us 6 weeks before these arrived. I feel the heating element is perfect for any size drying load we have had to push through this machine in the last couple weeks. We’ve been able to dry medium sized comforters, large standard clothes loads and shoes without any issues. It has met our expectations across the board. It’s very user friendly to get up and going right away without a lot of learning that is needed. The only thing that we found to be a small pain was that it does not save the settings from the previous dry, so this needs to be adjusted every time or you find yourself drying a setting that may not match the load. Outside of that we love the drying times and efficiency on this dryer. Would recommend this for anyone who is looking to get a new washer & dryer set!

              Happy Holidays! I NEVER do reviews but want to save someone the hassle. Broke on DAY 22! No heat; have to turn off at CIRCUT BREAKER. Have spent 5 HOURS on the phone with Samsung. Still waiting for resolution--dont buy it.

                [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't gush about a lot of products that I own, but I just have to say that we LOVE our new Samsung dryer (and also matching washer)! First off, this dryer has the same overall outer dimensions of our old one, but the internal capacity of this thing is insane! I had no idea when I was buying this that it was considered an "extra large" capacity dryer, but I'm sure glad that I made this accidental discovery. In our old dryer we could only fit one king comforter, and it would take several cycles to dry. In this new unit, we can put 2 comforters in and both come out dry and toasty! Also, it should not go without saying that this dryer is super quiet! Our last dryer was really loud and would make banging noises, and would also vibrate so violently that it would literally move across the floor. This new dryer does none of that! The other thing that I love about this set is that the washer and dryer are both WiFi connected -- so for those with a SmartThings hub you can connect it to your larger smart home. A pleasant surprise was that the washer and dryer will send push notifications when a cycle is complete -- but even cooler is that our Samsung TV will show a message on the TV screen for a few seconds! It does seem like a bonus to have Samsung products in the home as they are all loosely interconnected. Another feature I loved was the Eco dry. This is a setting that you can use if you aren't concerned about the overall time you need to dry something. It will essentially use less energy to dry (saving you money), but will take up to 2x-3x longer. One thing that I found interesting about this dryer that I've never seen elsewhere is that this one comes with a removable drying rack. So if you have something that you would prefer not to tumble around (delicate clothes or a pillow or something), you can just insert the rack and set the item on it. It will take longer to dry this way, but you won't chance damaging whatever you have on it. Finally, this may sound silly, but the lint catcher is great! Our last dryer had a cheap flimsy lint catcher where lint would fall through because it would overflow so quickly, or the catcher itself wouldn't fit 100% snuggly in place over time. But with this unit, the lint catcher is super sturdy, and very large, so you will catch tons of lint without any getting through. Overall, I am really happy with this purchase. I honestly don't have any cons to report, but if any issues arise I will certainly update my review.

The new dryer is not only stunning but works amazing and has the same wifi as the washer. You know when its done even if you cannot hear the end tones. It is a great addition to the home and look forward to many years of service. A++++

                        This is nothing compare to the last Samsung I bought this one is cheaply made. The dryer takes a while to heat up and my clothes never dry fully I hv to turn on 4 times.

                              The performance of the dryer is great - I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that the internal light came off after about 5 loads - I believe it wasn’t installed correctly - the delivery and installation was awesome they connected everything and ran both units through a cycle to make sure they worked - Samsung service was easy to work with regarding the light and we are scheduled to have it repaired today at no cost

                                      I've had or used many dryers in my life, so believe me when I say that this dryer is BAD BAD BAD about balling up sheets and blankets. I have to rescue the dryer every 5 or 10 minutes. It's driving me insane. Worst purchase I've ever made.

                                        Great dryer but one problem is you have to have 240 voltage to run this dryer. 110 voltage won’t work.

                                                      This dryer will not dry towels. I only purchased this one because there was not a black stainless matching opt with the additional settings and I didn't think it would be an issue. Had to wait a month for delivery. Very disappointed.
