This is a huge upgrade from our 10 year old washer. The installation was fast and saved us a lot of time. The notifications to my phone when the wash or dry is done is a feature that I didnt know I needed!

Highly pleased with the product (would have given 5 stars)...
Highly pleased with the product (would have given 5 stars) and price, but the local vendor Home Depot used for delivery was a terrible experience. Took 4 attempts to deliver, and on 4th time refused to install the new appliance or haul away old appliance as they were supposed to do. While not Home Depot's fault per se, deliver and receipt of the appliance is what matters so the negative experience massively impacts things and next time I will buy local and even pay more to ensure delivery and install

Replaced an older dryer same model. Works great so...
Replaced an older dryer same model. Works great so far. No issues and dryer was good. Small noises here and there but looks like it’s the items inside. Nice steam function. Delivery was so so and could be improved but the dryer is good.

      Broken dryer less than two months
      I was so excited once we got this washer and dryer combo from Home Depot. It was our first big purchase after buying a house. Today, less than two months of having this dryer (received it May 11th). The dryer will turn on, run for 2-3 minutes, then switch to cooling for 1 minute. I am so stressed because I can't afford to purchase another dryer. I know we have a warranty in which I will contact Samsung about ASAP. But after having it for less than 2 months and it's already malfunctioning I'm scared for the future.. I bought a Amana years ago for half the cost and had no issues in 5 years. I thought buying expensive would be better but I am so stressed.
