Dryer

Not energy efficient!!!
Shouldn't be allowed to be called energy efficient!! Take 3 cycles to dry half a load of clothes. Total garbage!!

2 years old, motor just died.
Unreal that the most important part of an $800 dryer would give out after only 2 years, but it did. This is the second repair we've had to do on it, both after the warranty expired (only 1 year parts and labor), so we won't be buying Samsung again.

Brand new dryer and noticed it wouldnt dry properly at...
Brand new dryer and noticed it wouldnt dry properly at all, Had the vents and ducts inspected and no issues with that , I was then told its a problem with the dryer. Contacted Samsung which they then had a local company who couldn't come out until a week later. its been a few weeks that Ive not been able to dry my clothes. Evryone Ive consulted with said these type of dryers can have this problem right from the factory - I love samsung brand, but not with this item

This set is amazing. My new washer and dryer make my laundry room looked glamorous. Towels come out of the wash feeling almost dry and my dryer sings a song to me when when the load is complete.
