[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy I bought this. It’s more then I expected plenty of compartments, Love the water picture.

I have now had this about a year and random things are falling apart. First the self filling pitcher keeps saying it's full when empty. The plastic on the pitcher itself keeps chipping little by little by the spout. The next problem is the ice tray that the ice bites form in is cracked. The crack goes through the whole edge, it does not make ice , it only poora out water. The third problem is the plastic edging on the top shelf in the back. The whole piece is cracked right down the center the long way. The fourth problem is that the 3rd drawer bin is cracked where it connects in front and now has a de sized hole in it. There are things I like about it , but mostly dissatisfied with Samsung's quality and warranty. There is no reason all these problems should exist, these are defects in the craftsmanship not caused by use. Save your money buy a better product.

As a QC employee from a different field, I love how Samsung adapts to technology and develops product design that meets my expectation. I adore how I can easily change the color scheme of the refrigerator and brings a different pop to the appliance. It has become a centerpiece in my kitchen and I appreciate the free set of panels that came with my purchase. Everything was easy to claim as well. Fast response and delivery. All about this refrigerator is divine. ❤️

Bought Samsung bespoke 29cuft refrigerator thinking it would last longer and good quality, better service but Samsung priced me wrong 100 percent. The fridge stopped cooling within a week of installation/ delivery. After 3 service appointments the fridge still doesn’t cool cameras doesn’t work. Buy this if you are not on sure on how to fill your home. i am literally living with a refrigerator which doesn’t work since 35 days and the technician will reschedule the appointments at the last min. If you call customer care on how to live without fridge they will say don’t buy groceries that go in fridge lol. Not sure how many days this refrigerator will last as it couldn’t last even a month. Buy at your own risk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been seeing Samsung's new fridge upgrades over the last few years, but until I got this unit delivered I did not realize how amazing the latest additional features are and how it would actually help with so many day to day things in improving your overall kitchen experience. I have to start off with the inside water auto refill jug. Only someone who does this on daily basis will understand me, if someone keeps your water jug always filled and ready for your every single need, it just removes the additional stress filling all the various bottles for kids and other family members, it being behind a closed door actually helps with having a toddler at home, locking external system are not practical as this. Hats off to whoever thought of this ingenious idea. It actually fits in the same place as my old one but I do not understand how they were able to add all the extra space. Open both the doors you will see a wide open space which I have never ever seen before in any fridge. More than enough for all your needs and the crisper drawer keeps my fruits fresh for so long. The flex drawer is awesome, I use it for veggies, and realized, keeping them open in a wide tray like this just keeps them fresh for longer than saving them inside a container or bag. Also when you cook, it simply makes it easier to choose and decide when you can see everything in one shot Ice cubes section is perfect for any party. Actually coming to party hosting, you can cook your new recipes watching on youtube right on the fridge, you can see and let in the guests who rang your bell, you can play music/videos on it, and for drinks the small and large cubes makes your life so easy. Family hub is actually a party hub!!! Color option is a personal choice but from what I learned with this is that the Matte black is a really cool option, especially now that your fridge matches with your microwave and range. which all moved from the stainless steel to black glass and steel combo. To summarize, after using it for 6+ months, I am yet to find a flaw with it and simply put a perfect upgrade from all the expected and unexpected features you know about a refrigerator. I have been recommending this product to all my friends and I would do the same to whoever is reading this review as well.

I'm so surprised by the absence of features this refrigerator has and ill mention the ones that are by far the best IMHO but by no means is that all the smart fridge can do so buckle up! firstly the design is sleek and modern with soft edges and a gentle look so as to not be to intimidating as to it's features until you walk upto the sensor and the screen welcomes you with a robust array of options galore! what would you like to do? find a good recipe and watch it being made on this amazing screen of endless possibilities or stream Spotify by telling Bixby while your hands are full. Things you didn't seem a necessity bece just that! How about a great way to make kids involved by playing a YouTube video of their favorite characters songs while making their favorite snack? The Samsung smart refrigerator has ample space that's deep and wide so a big family of 6 like ours has room to spare. options of what to make the middle drawer we chose more freezer space so it's really up to you how to keep your perishables or non in their safely stored with the best in cooling technology we love our water dispenser with two options a jug filler or dispenser that both have equal usage in our household! love that the smart app shows from the grocery store if I have enough milk left for the next day it's just an awesome smart device that our family enjoys and wouldn't do without.

I am absolutely in love with this new Fridge. So I actually bought this for my Mother-in-law's house. My kids spend half of the time at their house if they are not at my house. And the fridge she had was an old small fridge. Having my kids half of the time, you need to have a very spacious fridge to fit all of my Family's needs. This fridge right here is just that. The space in this Bespoke Samsung Fridge is tremendous. Now apart from the space there are so many great features I have set up the wifi and connected this new fridge to my Samsung app on my smart things. I can view what food is inside just from my phone. I can also change the setting of how cool I want it or if I want the ice or water turned off. This is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Now about the screen this fridge has, well it has left me speechless . I absolutely love the control of the features right from the screen. The screen can also be turned into a TV literally . My kids were wat hing samsung tv on this. So it's like having 2 in1 a TV and a Fridge. I can also have a calendar, shopping list, reminder, and many more features I still will find once we have it more time. The water pitcher is a plus for me. Having a pitcher of cold water is great other than having just the glass of water pour it from the fridge. The ice making is a great feature to have when we have small gathering with family for our drinks. The Freezer space is so much bigger than the pictures show and of what I imagined. Now every time someone comes over to my Mother-in-law's house they ask about the fridge! And of course my Mother-in-law loves to tell them how great it is in every way. I will definitely recommend this Bespoke Samsung Refrigerator to all my family and friends.

Just like the kitchen is the heart of your home, well, this fridge is the heart of the kitchen. This Family Hub Fridge does take the crown as the best smart fridge out there, it just looks like a piece of art, it compliments my kitchen so much and all the guests I've had over notice the fridge first thing as they walk into my home. Oh, and it's not only beautiful on the outside, the inside is also great! Keeps everything cool and maintains the temperature very consistently in all 3 compartments. And here are only a few of my favorite features: 1. The double ice maker: How many times have you struggled trying to fill out a water bottle with ice cubes? Well, say no more, the pellet size ice maker is your savior! 2. Built in water infuser: Who else dislikes the taste of tap water? Guilty here, well, once again Samsung comes to the rescue, just throw in a couple lemon slices, cucumber slices or whatever your preference is into the infuser pitcher, and voila, tasteful water every time! 3. Smart features: How many times have you been to the grocery store and not knowing what you have inside the fridge? Well, just take a peak inside your fridge from whenever you are! How? Well, just log in into Samsung SmartThings and you'll be able to see not just the inside contents of your fridge, you can also set the temperature of the Fridge/Freezer, track the energy usage, even troubleshoot it! These and many more things are the reason why getting this Fridge is a no-brainer.

Initially we were not sure if we would like the way it looked because our older fridge was stainless still and we liked it that way but I definitely like this new style too and I think the glass doors look great and are very easy to clean (big plus here). Inside, the space and the shelving is also great. I felt it easyto organize everything and that extra drawer in the middle is a very nice addition with the feature that allows the temperature to be different from all the rest. Now my favorite things: the built in water pitcher that refills itself as we use and the family hub. Im very happy with the built in water pitcher because its very convenient so you don't need to spend time filling it up anymore. My other favorite thing is the family hub: its great to have something like alexa built in their system because now we use alexa to do our groceries list. We also add notes to the memo we have on our home screen and even started to use the alarm function too, to remind us to giving our dogs medicines, etc. The hub also comes with easy access to recipes which I recently have started to explore. I fill this fridge comes with so many new features that we are still learning about it all. Having the smart things app to control lots of features like temperature, ice, etc via phone is also very nice. The only issue I've had so far was that after uploading one picture that we use as our home screen, I was never able to upload another, so that's something I still need to find a way to fix, but it's not important enough to give this fridge 4 stars instead of 5. As I said before, so far we are very happy with it and have no complaints.

The refrigerator looks cool with new modern design and blends seamlessly with our kitchen. Kids love the family hub to watch videos and play games. And we use to see our cameras and control other household stuff with smart things integration. The beverage center is an awesome feature and works great. Overall a greatly design refrigerator and there is none to second in it's competition.

First let’s talk about the capacity of this large refrigerator. There’s room to store the families favorite foods in this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I can store food in all size containers, pots & pans on shelves in drawers and doors. It feels like there’s a place for everything. My kids love the Flex drawer. It's as if they have their own spot in the fridge for drinks and snacks. The clean boxy shape translates to a lot of uninterrupted space inside without all the curves and odd areas that can limit placement. For clean lines and cleanliness I’m happy the water spout is hidden behind the easy access panel. You’re less likely to have water and ice spills on the ground. I don’t see any water spots or calcium build up on the outside or inside the door. There’s a large capacity ice tray that allows you to see how much ice you have and easily access as much or as little of it. Who doesn’t like a scoop of crushed ice in a refreshing drink? The HUB is an amazing tool for ordering groceries, listing ingredients or leaving notes for everyone to see. I can watch a cooking show on the fridge and follow the instructions. Party planning? Manage prep like a pro and play music at the same time. You can display artwork and or personalize it with your family photos. My guests tend to stop for a few minutes to look at the photos on the HUB. I can see what my other connected devices are doing such as the washer and dryer, multitasking like a pro! You can use the SmartThings app to see what’s inside your fridge or to change the temperature in the different zones! Please improve the camera placement for better viewing angles. There should be better group control of other Samsung devices if you want them to display the same thing such as uploaded photos and Artwork either in sync or randomly pulled from the same bucket. I received this product at a discount for my honest opinion.

The fridge although it is the same dimensions as our old unit this one is layed out so much better and makes better use of the space and offers more shelf configurations so it has so much more room. Also we previously had a side by side and you couldn’t even fit a large pizza box in it, you could probably easily fit 20 large pizzas with no problem in this one. One feature we really like is the dual ice sizes. At first I was like why??? But the smaller cubes fit in some water bottles and kids cups so much better. Another feature we use and love is the family hub. My daughter sits at the kitchen island and eats her breakfast watching videos on the screen. When I’m home at night cooking dinner I usually listen to a pod cast or listen to pandora radio. Also we use the feature where you can sync the display to our Samsung tv in the living room and be watching the same thing at the same time. All in all we are really loving all the features the looks and the size of this refrigerator.

I enjoy playing my music on the refrigerator app while I cook and planning my next meals for the week. My favorite thing is the water filter and ice machine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge, I love the tablet in the door, being able to set notes, reminders, and shopping lists is amazing. The dual ice option is great, smaller size is great for smaller mouth water bottles. The beverage center is just icing on the cake. being able to do infused water is great. The fingerprint resistant glass is ok, but the metal is great. The interior lighting is exceptionally bright, I don't have to worry about the bulb being blocked by a jug of milk and making the entire unit dark like my old fridge. The 2 minute time for the door alarm is nice, as sometimes I forget to close the beverage center side. The smart things apps is amazing, it lets me control the fridge settings and even upload images to the home hub directly from my phone.

From the awesome Beverage Center to the Dual Ice Maker, to make it short if you're looking for fully loaded fridge that will not stand out in your kitchen but will definitely will be the center of attention (if it makes sense lol) of your kitchen this is it! Samsung nailed the design by placing both the Water dispenser and Ice maker inside, leaving just a plain panel outside that is now fully customizable to match your kitchen! Going into more detail about the Ice Maker, I just love the small ice cubes this fridge makes, now I can finally put those in my water bottles without making a mess! The water pitcher with an infuser in the Beverage Center is great! Throw in a couple lime slices, strawberries to give some flavor to the fridge water. The Flex Zones drawers allow for storing frozen items or refrigerated items with ease. Keeps fruits and vegetables fresher and last longer due to Samsung’s Metal Cooling. Love that the refrigerator is Wi-Fi enabled allowing me to connect to it and change setting from my phone. I'm glad they finally came out with another newer family hub version. Plenty of space and the features on the hub are user friendly. The Family Hub lets you see inside your refrigerator, manage your family’s calendars, stream music, see who’s at the front door and much more, all right from your fridge or phone. I use Use the Samsung SmartThings App* on your smartphone to control the temperature of your refrigerator and monitor it remotely. Love this fridge. Nothing to complain about so far!

It’s The perfect addition to our household we love the refillable pitcher the different ice cubes it provide. our son love the drawing pad and we love watching our family photos displaying on the screen and our favourite feature is being able to review the inside of the fridge while we are the grocery store. watching YouTube videos on the screen is just awesome! We are still working through figuring out where all of our standard grocery items got best, but overall we really love it. I did not think the water pitcher would even get used but with the hot summer we're having it is used *constantly* and refills itself so quickly. No more standing at the fridge holding the button. The dual ice maker is fantastic, though we're still getting the hang of the sliding lid and scoop. The freezer seems much deeper than the one on our old fridge. We really appreciate the flex drawer, being able to just open that section without having to open the large doors. I do wish there were more app option on the touch screen, but we have made regular use of the calendar, screen saver, Bixby for things like setting a timer, searching for recipes, and the shopping list (linked to everyone's phones!) along with playing with some of the other options. We have found that the glass collects fingerprints, but we have a microfiber cloth attached to the side with a magnet. The stainless steel on the bottom drawers does seem a little fragile, and I noticed the smallest dent after I pulled the remaining plastic on the day it was delivered. Overall we are very happy with our new, fancy smart fridge.

I love the automatic refillable pitcher. No longer am I going to the fridge to find I'm out of water. It beats using the standard water founder in most fridges because it takes forever to fill up your cup. Plus you get to infusion our water. That's right the pitcher has a build in infuser. So cut up your favorite fruit and spice up your water. Let's talk about the touch screen. Holy moly! That thing is amazing. I loved that I can upload my own photo's connect my wife's calendar and mine and have it show. No longer can I say I didn't see it and mis an appointment that she had in her phone. If you have a music subscription I was surprised by the speaker. I wasn't expecting much but you can crank it up and it's decent. Who thought a fridge would have a speaker? Moving onto the space. I would make sure you include opening the refrigerator doors. Not something I thought of. I had enough space but someone might get in trouble if they didn't account for opening the doors. There is plenty of room. After moving to this new fridge from my old one it looked like nothing was in it. The middle section is pretty cool. You have different modes you can set it to based on what you want in it. We kept it the same as the fridge because honestly I didn't know what to expect from the start. I'm sure this is something we will change moving forward like setting it to beverage for those parties so everything is ice cold. Speaking of ice you never have to worry about running out of ice. The two different kinds of ice are cool no pun intended. It even comes with an ice scoop. No longer do you have to worry about people putting their little grubby hands into the ice. I would recommend this product for sure. Go out and get this fridge. Trust me you won't regret it. Everyone who has seen it so far has been super impressed. It's my new go to conversation started and it was the finishing touch to our kitchen remodel. One last thing you can connect this with Samsung smart things. It will let you know if the door isn't shut. When you have kids and aren't home this can be a life saver. It also allows you to look inside the fridge when you are on your phone. This way if you can't remember what you have and are at the grocery store you can take a quick peek.

The way you can view the contents of your fridge using the SmartThings app is useful when your at the supermarket. The way the water dispenser is hidden and you can open the small door to get water is a great feature.

This fridge is absolutely beautiful and meshes so well with the design in my home. What I love about it is that I can change up the panels if I ever wanted a different theme in my kitchen. I enjoy the dual ice maker, with the wifi controls. I love that I get alerts on my TV and phone if I leave the fridge door ajar. It has been a splendid experience since receiving the Bespoke fridge. One of the most exciting appliances I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Setup was a breeze and the panels are really easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Bespoke fridge as I loved the idea that I could customize the panels to fit our style. I picked up the family hub version with black glass on the top and black stainless steel on the bottom. The fridge looks great in our kitchen. I have now ordered the blue stainless steel to replace the bottom panels. The fridge has plenty of space and looks great. There is enough adjustments in the shelves to work for us and all the strange size packages/drinks. The beverage center with autofill pitcher is great. Being in the desert, I drink a lot of water. The pitcher in the beverage center always ensures that I have access to chilled water. It is also nice to quick access without opening the entire door. The dual icemaker in the freezer has been great. I prefer this to the in the door versions that chip ice. Just pull the drawer out, grab the scoop, select with ice you want, and dump it in your drink. It is faster and cleaner than the in-door versions. We have yet to ever run low on ice. The freezer space is plenty big, even with the ice trays. The flex drawer allows for additional soft freeze space if needed, although we are using as a fridge for our more frequent items (snacks and breakfast foods). The family hub is great. We use it to watch TV while cooking, check who is at the door with the camera, and check all the other SmartThings devices in the house. We also have a shared calendar setup so we can see what is on tap for the week. So far, I’m loving this fridge. It looks great, provides plenty of space, and is functional. Now time to switch out the panels to a different color.
