Great fridge
Great product and great installation team. I had a quite narrow opening and they made it without a scratch. The fridge itself is very spacious. The special feature I like is how it is ergonomic, the bottom freezer allows the fridge to be much more accessible.

6 Months
Only 6 months with thus Frige and I am having problem with the freezer. Now, it doesn't make ice cubes and it freezing more it needs. The worse thing when it freezing the things the door also start freezing and it doesn't close.

Poor Performance!!! High Humidity
Major humidity and temperature control issues!!! Purchased in July2023. I was on deployment when we purchased our refrigerator so I was at the disadvantage of the 30 day return policy to properly test this fridge before accepting. I immediately noticed issues with this unit in temperature and humidity control. Huge issues with humidity. I'd like to also highlight that I am an engineer so I fully understand how refrigerant cycles work and I am able to identify and troubleshoot issues. This unit maintains humidity on average in the 70-80%!!! Other 7 units (Maytag, LG, Whirlpool) I have tested maintain humidity in the 20-30% range. My freezer maintains humidity in the 50% range. Ave temp is anywhere between 38-40 degrees and it is set to 35 degrees. Humidity is over 70% average ALL THE TIME.

poor delivery service
Delivery service did not deliver my product due to lies about my driveway. It is not muddy graveled all the way down to the house and packes very tight. I had all my stuff out of old fridge and the door off my house. They turned in the top of the drive then just left. Not a happy customer!

Love this refrigerator. Only thing I wish it had was the ability to open the beverage door from the top (not just the bottom). For anyone over 5’10” you have to bend over to reach the beverage door lever.

This is a much better Samsung refrigerator than my previous one. I love the icemaking and indoor water that in previous models has leaked everywhere this by far as a better unit.

great feature, great price, great design!
great fridge, has enough room for 2 primary cooks in the home to house all their ingredients. the beverage center is amazing to hide it from external bacteria and still make it look sleek. the ice makers are amazing due to the 2 different types of ice and the room the freezer holds.

This refrigerator was purchased for a kitchen remodel. So far, it has functioned well, has plenty of storage, makes great ice and looks awesome. I will update in about a year and hopefully, it will still get 5 stars??

Love this fridge

The beverage center is wonderful and love that I can get water and put a few things in there so I don't have to open the whole fridge for them. And love the two types of ice and the ice scooper. Really convenient. It's a very attractive refrigerator. Definitely not fingerprint proof though. But easy to wipe them off.

So far this fridge hasn't had any issues for us. We're the type to forget something if it isn't closer to eye level, so we were having issues with things going bad in the bottom drawers of our old fridge. With this one, all fridge contents are closer to eye view and there are 4 drawers instead of just 2 like our old fridge. The freezer being on the bottom is also nice, and having two drawers/sections makes it so we can keep certain items together for organization purposes. It is an extra step to get ice in your drink as you have to go into the freezer directly, but the option of using smaller ice chips or larger ice cubes makes it more versatile than the "cubes vs blended (sometimes poorly) cubes" our old fridge had. We got the auto-refill pitcher with ours and it has been a god-send. The beverage center itself has been used very often and was probably the biggest reason why we chose this fridge. Temperature control is digital on the interior side of the fridge and took a minute to figure out (probably would have taken less time if we had looked at the manual). Still a 5? experience.
