Great cordless upright vacuum- lightweight and does the job!

This is my 3rd one of this product. It is light weight and easy to handle. Works on carpet or hard wood floors. See through cup makes it easy to know when to empty it. Good value for the price.

The assembly was easy, machine is lite weight and charge is good. I'm finding that the machine is a bit noisy when on the carpet selection and that the dirt/items being vacuumed are not being picked up when on the floor setting a noticeable time. Could be I need a stronger machine. My last Shark (no longer available) had stronger suction power.

The new model is missing the lights that were on the front of the old model which made it easier to see the dog hair. Also the new product (searched everywhere in box several times) was missing the adaptive charger but fortunately the old one I had is interchangeable so I am using that one.

Excellent source of convenience for cleaning the little messes

I had used this type of vacuum before. I do like the versatility of it being cordless. Was having issues at first of it not charging, but I did not have it plugged into the charger correctly. It does a fabulous job on picking up the pet hair on the carpet as well as the wood floor. The ease in which I can empty the dirt collector is great. I would totally recommend this vacuum.

great product with a good price.

Just received this item yesterday and got it put together and left it on the charger overnight. I went to use it this morning and it’s completely dead. Yes, it was made sure it had a good connection on the charger- not even the lights to indicate the item was charged. Very disappointing!! I will be taking this back to the store for a refund- What a joke.

The little guy works very well for normal dirt and floor dusting. I love how lightweight it is and how easily I can go from room to room, up and down stairs.

I really like the Shark cordless vacuum. Does its job. Easy to use and clean. I have been using them for years. Great value for the price.

This is my second Shark Navigator. I use it in the kitchen & dinning room mostly. It is so easy & quick to use. It has no cord. And is light weight. The battery last for several uses. Then I set it on the battery charger & it's ready to go.

This is the 4th one we’ve had. I love that it is cordless and light weight but still does a great job. I didn’t have need of customer service.
