Unlike the original plastic knobs the replacement knobs are metal...
Unlike the original plastic knobs the replacement knobs are metal and have a quality feel. The instructions could be improved to include pictures showing how to popoff the back to insert the adapter. I also recommend using a few drops of gorilla glue and clamping to allow glue to setup before actually installing knobs.

Although these are supposed to be "universal" knobs, they did...
Although these are supposed to be "universal" knobs, they did not fit my LG gas range. I used the model and serial number of my gas range to search for replacement knobs and these knobs came up as a valid replacement- but they are NOT.

Help at store was great.
The computer image of the knows was worthless. No side view or description of know. The stem length of the know no where to be found anywhere.
Waste of my time, no to mention the employee that patientsly helped me
Returned item and having to hunt them down thru the manufacturer. Probably will get the same knows I have to replace.

Not universal
I had 3 different stoves I needed new knobs for, and these knobs fit none of them. They are not universal. When I tried to return them, Home Depot would not accept return - for refund or store credit. Don’t risk losing your money on knobs that won’t fit your stove with no chance to return them.

Not as universal as I thought it would be. Didn't work to well on my stove. Two didn’t work at all regardless of the adapter I tried. The other two well they work enough to turn. Sorry but this did not work they way I thought it would. Guess I will try something else.

I found the right adaptor shape, but every time I press in to activate the gas, it doesn't work. The plastic adaptors need to have some sort of stopper at the end of them. Currently they're hollow all the way through.

These do not work well. After finding the appropriate size...
These do not work well. After finding the appropriate size adjuster for our range, they are still unreliable knobs and do not always turn on the flame, even after trying to customize the fit with aluminum foil. They look nice.
