Totally underwhelmed. Didn't expect a lot due to small size...
Totally underwhelmed. Didn't expect a lot due to small size & relatively low price, & negative reviews. But I only bought it for small stuff. And it didn't handle that very well either. Wanted to clean the nooks & crannies of extruded vinyl window frames & the grooves in my car floor mats. Had to use bleach & major elbow grease to accomplish tasks anyway. One could probably argue that steam helped a little bit, but not much. All the normal rigor was necessary to clean selected items. So the $50.00 for the steamer was not a very good investment. It is minimally efficient @ best.

Do not buy
design is wrong, you have to hold down steam button the entire time. Not sure what the lock feature is for. Refill every couple minutes, plastic refill cup was broken when purchased. Does not do the job.

Excellent cleaning aid
Though I wouldn’t agree that 100% of the time you won’t need to use a cleaner or elbow grease , I still think this steamer is amazing and helps a ton with cleaning. At the very least if it doesn’t get it clean on its own , the hot steam loosens up the dirt or the variety of stuck on gunk ( I have a 7 yr old so there’s plenty of that sticky gunk hanging around). also gets gummies bears , gum out of carpet ! Use the fabric covers for these feats
