Directions do not state how spray a steam. The spray comes out in a downward fan pattern for close areas. The on-line video on the manufacturer’s website says to turn front knob to direct the fan spray upward. That is for a previous model and does not apply to this one. The secret is to remove the white plastic fan shaped diffuser when you need to spray a stream or reach the 2nd story. Also, label says check viewing bar on side to determine when empty – no viewing bar exists.

Have used before and it worked well. This time did not really cut black mold.

Did not clean well and chemical smell is very overwhelming.

Better than I thought, worked good. More in bottle than I expected.

I’ve used this product on my roof several times, both for stains and for actual moss growth. When they say that it takes 1 - 8 weeks for real improvement, they’re not kidding. Minor stains improve a bit over that time period but for moss it’s nearly useless. The claim that you’ll see a difference in just 1 to 3 days is a bit of a stretch. Worse, the sprayer on my last purchase of this had trouble reaching more than half way up my modest one-story roof, contrary to what’s claimed.

I've used Spray and Forget many times. Works like a charm. Just follow the label instructions and mold will be gone in a few days.

Doesnt remove anything

Works great on the side of the house that doesn't get sun, thus a green film was forming. Much more cost effective than hiring someone to power wash.

Will need to reapply. One application doesn’t work.

Does not reach 2nd story of house as advertised, maybe the bottom of 2nd story. Wasted money

I followed the directions exactly on my roof. I was disappointed with the results. I cannot tell a difference and it has been a month since I applied it.

It was terrible left a stain like patches on the siding had to try to take it of with a power washer and there is still some on there

2 nd time using it. 2nd time buyer! Brushed it in first time since our deck is textured turned out great 24 hrs after spray Didn’t brush it in this time and got less of a clean look this time
