Appliance comes with parts to be added for back venting so microwave did not fit. Measurements listed did not account for this. Additionally, touch screen was not as responsive as it should have been. Sadly, this item had to go back. Too bad because it looks great and should have fit.

Did I say junk this will last you only a couple of months and don't try the manufacturer after 90 days your on your own. Just don't buy it.

Finding a smaller microwave that would fit in my 24" cabinet was harder than I thought. This was the only one I could find, but I'm so glad I did! Fits perfectly and looks great! The front-facing vents help me to rest easy knowing it's venting properly. It comes with a lot of pieces that look daunting, but it's very easy to put together and install as a built-in. It's also incredibly quiet which is a such a bonus! Happy with the product, the fit, the install, and the price.

This was a direct replacement for the same model that was only three years old

I love this microwave! It’s got a bit of a retro feel to it that fits in super cute with my mid century mod kitchen

replaced a ge built in microwave now discontiunued, smaller interior 900w seems to take less time to heat food than larger previous 1000w. smaller interior is fine with me since mostly used for reheating and soup, no major cooking. touch pad a bit flimsy but has versatility i need.

2nd purchase 1st failed after 15 months - its the only MW that fits the cabinet designed by HD kitchens. This unit came missing an item still waiting after 2 weeks.

This microwave works. It does not work well, cook evenly, of have express buttons. Some areas are piping hot, others are still frozen. This is the smallest (smaller than anticipated) and cheapest built in microwave I could find. I would not purchase this again, or plan to use it long term.

This is an excellent little microwave. Nothing fancy, but it works well and actually doesn't feel that small. It's big enough to warm up a full size plate of food, which is all most people will ever need anyway. My only (minor) complaint is that it is a little loud.

Really quiet

Assembly was easy. It would be nice if package included mounting kit.

Nice microwave except that the trim “surround” piece stainless overlay was bulging between were the metal tab hold downs are on the plastic backing - poor design that distracts from the otherwise nice looks of the microwave. They should either make the trim all metal or glue it down.

This is the second Summit Microwave we have purchased since September 2019. The last one only lasted 3 months. The only reason we purchased a second one is this is the only microwave that fits the space. I think we should expect at least several years of use before we need to replace.

We bought this microwave about 5 months ago and I left a glowing review. Fit in the space, quiet, worked well...everything we were looking for. Fast forward to last month and it just stopped working. Note that this microwave only has a 90 day warranty on it so we were long past that. Not sure what to do, I contacted the manufacturer. Their response couldn't have been better. They noted it was out of warranty but they would honor it anyway--they sent us out a brand new microwave at absolutely no cost and we were back up and microwaving in a couple of weeks. Summit Appliance and Erica, their customer service representative, were absolutely amazing in resolving a problem that they no longer had responsibility for. It's great to see a company going above and beyond what they have to do in order to provide customers with great service.

We have had 2 of these microwaves in less than 5 years in a brand new, renovated kitchen with updated electric. They look nice. But both of them suddenly just stopped working. They would turn on but the food never got hot. Happens overnight. The 2nd one just did the same thing AGAIN. Do not buy this.

The installation was easy. Just an FYI, you would need to build a cabinet to place the microwave in.

This microwave has been installed by my contractor and looks good in the space but I haven’t used it yet.

A great product.

I bought this microwave to fit in a specific space. My concern was the grill surrounding it would not fit. It fit great. As to the microwave itself it works great, heats food evenly and is easy to use. I'd recommend it to anyone as the price is great. Compare it to other under the counter microwaves which cost 3 to 4 times as much. Very easy to install.
