Splits very easily. Predrill to prevent that.

There are few woods that are bad quality, warped and cracked right away when drilled.

After reading the reviews, I expected to have problems. I never drilled, and had no issues at all.

Awesome very handy, make sure you have enough. Also pre drill holes to avoid splitting.

Some split when screws entered. A few were warped soon after taken from package. All were usable.

The recycled wood is a neat idea - but poor quality control is lacking. Many corners were literally “cut” out of several pieces of wood which left a smaller contact area for securing the paneling. Sometimes less than half of the tabletop was there as designed/expected. Disappointing to see crappy quality control like this!!

Wood is a little cheap, and one split while installing. Still 100% recommend for installation, makes it far easier to align, screw, and was an excellent product.

Gap between suntuf panels and suntuf filler strips. Used caulking to fill these gaps.

Panels did not fit well requiring caulk to fill gaps between suntuf panels and suntuf fillers. Also wish that the strips would be the width of a 2x4(1.5 in.)

Sealed well, not perfect, but pretty dang well! Easy to manipulate with a hand saw.

Worked great to fill in voids.

Used these I get my Suntuf roofing. Easy to install and trim as needed to fit the size of yourroof.

I had to pre drill to avoid splitting but they fit the profile of the panels perfectly and took little time to install.

They are way too narrow. Had to predrill for every screw, otherwise they just split. Not quite the right length either, the ridges don't line up right with the length. Had a 1/2" hanging out at the beginning side and had to cut a 2" piece for the other. Some big knots in the wood that made those pieces useless too.

This product was frustrating to use, and honesttly garabbege. I would not buy this product again.

Not very well made. Splits and lot of problems installing. I bought the Plastic and it was great.

They didn’t fit the grooves of the corrugated metal panels.

Good product but I had to go to 2 Home Depot stores to get polycarbonate and the other for the wiggle board.

Some of these have such large knots in the wood they are not usable and fall apart when drilling or screwing into

Don't know we have yet to put them in place. The stair stringers we purchased from Home Depot split and cracked so bad we had to trash them and make our own which has put our project behind.

Would not purchase these again. Try the plastic version.Some knot holes created weak spots and several of the closure strips split simply by handling them. Some strips matched the profile perfectly, and some were 'close.'

The strips needed pre drilling before mounting as they would split if not drilled. Color was not uniform, so had to pick through and arrange to keep consistency somewhat alike.

Once out of the package some of the strips warped a little but we're still usable. They don't exactly fit the SunTuf polycarbonate roof panels but are close enough.

The wood strips are vertical behind the panels on the fence every 24 inches. Added a little rigidity to the panel.
