Manufacturer assembled the hot side fitting at an angle which gave the plumber a problem at time of install. Should have been caught during final assembly inspection. Works good as expected.

Absolutely fantastic! Ran into a bit of a snag living in an old house, we had to run new wiring and get a better circuit breaker. But onfe installed, this thing is amazing. We can have hot hot water running in the shower and dishwasher at the same time. All 4 of our kids and us parents can all take back to back showers without having a cold shower. It's perfect!

Love the size of the unit it’s so compact it can be located under the sink in most houses! What is constantly hot which works perfect in a salon!

Easy to install and works like a dream

After just a couple of seconds, water hotter than any tank heater poured from my bathroom sink! Very small unit, easy install and hookup.

no larger than a phone book , unlimited hot water , cheaper electric bill than standard water heater ,( it only uses electric when hot water is used ) have been using this model for last 10 years in a couple houses , love them , they are also easy install , but does require 60 amp breaker and proper wire for that , it is dependent on water temp in, and flow out , so look at chart and be sure this size is right for you ....

Second titan water heater we have purchased due to expansion of our house works amazing and I recommend this brand never had issues.

I wish I would have chosen a TItan from the start . The unit ignites with no issues . Installation was pretty straightforward but still had it professionally installed . I’m very pleased with this brand !

Replaced a 70 gal tank style .This unit is perfect takes up nearly zero space . Endless hot water I couldn't be happier .
