These tiles look Amazing. The texture and patterns on the tiles really brings a room alive. Very easy to install, but I do recommend heavy duty shears because the thinker part of the tiles is really hard to cut if you don’t have the right kind of shears. They stick on really good, I had to replace one tile cuz my husband drilled a hole in one and when we pulled the one tile off it took all the layers of paint off all the way to the drywall, lol! Great product, I definitely recommend

Easy to install- impressive to look at
Some of the reviews I read stated that the tiles are difficult to cut. I found that if I scored them with a box cutter first then I could use my regular, old kitchen scissors to cut them. The only part that was difficult was if a cut needed to be made through one of the thicker “stones” in the tile. I got around this by cutting those stones out and piecing together. I’m very happy with how the product looks and have already received many compliments on my finished fireplace surround.

Keep falling off
I tiled the box around my fireplace with these. I love the look of these tiles and the fact they are real stone. I found it very hard to cut by hand because of the thicker pieces. But we ended up using a saw and it really does look good HOWEVER the tiles keep falling off. From the first day after install Id hear one hit the floor. It’s been weeks and periodically a tile will still fall off. Liquid nails wouldn’t keep them on but we’ve had some success with gorilla glue. I’m rather disappointed because the glue job is difficult and sometimes shows through. Such a headache and I paid $615 for this product.

Absolutely amazed!
I’ve tried this product in a bathroom remodel and was so elated at how well they’ve held up that I decided to use them again for a coffee nook! And I can’t believe how incredible it has made this space look! I will be a forever user of Tic Tac Tiles!

Absolutely amazing product!
I am SO in love! As a longtime interior designer, I was ecstatic to try a product for our own home that would give us freedom and flexibility without having to outsource our master bathroom renovation and at the same time be able to discover for our clientele that no matter their budget, rent or own, looking for temporary or permanent change...these are 100% a fit for everyone! We purchased the White Stone tiles. ,

What I like:
1. Every tile is unique — slightly different shade of color, varying thickness, and definite unique texture; offers a natural feel without repeated patterns like the fake stone peel-and-sticks;
2. Although I prefer cutting with angle grinder, these tiles can be cut and trimmed with regular multi-purpose shears;
3. Backside adhesive layer has full coverage and firmly sticks to painted wall after a simple wipe with rubbing alcohol.
What I don’t like:
1. Surface is very coarse — will be a nightmare to clean if oil droplets splash onto it when installed as a backsplash behind cooking range;
2. Tiles on the same sheet have gaps in between, making them seem poorly installed. Understand some gap is needed for expansion, but would rather leave gaps between sheets, but have individual tiles tightly packed adjacent to each other on the same sheet.
I wanted to add something to our fireplace and paint just didn't seem like enough. These tiles are fantastic. They were easy to install and cut for the odd angles. I used tin snips for most of it but did need my saw for a few of the thicker pieces (I could maybe have done it with the scissors but didn't feel the need to kill my hands over it). I ended up cutting them in half length-wise to be able to vary the pattern more and avoid such obvious lines, but that was easy to do since every tile (though different in thickness and texture) has the same dimensions within the tile, so cutting it in half is exactly half. The adhesive is very strong--as it should be--but it does mean you need to be sure when you put it because you cannot reposition them. If I can find something else in my house that needs tiling I would happily use them again. They're great.

This is a good looking faux tile, it looks in real life the exact same way it looks online. You get a total of four sheets in each package. The sheets very closely resemble real stone. The sheets are self adhesive, you just peel away a section of the paper backing, line it up on the wall, and slowly peel the paper backing and press the tile into place until all of the paper backing has been removed. You then press the tile sheet in place. The adhesive is very strong and holds up very well, even in moist environments like bathrooms and kitchens. We put this tile in our bathroom. It was easy to apply and looks great and authentic. The only problem we'd like to point out is that the tiles are difficult to cut; we ended up using tin snips and that worked out ok. It's a sharp looking product and we're glad we used it. We used a total of 5 sheets so we have three extras on hand.
I’m amazed at the quality of this tile! I had been searching high and low for a stone backsplash that looked realistic, but was also easy to work with. A lot of the peel and stick stuff out there looks super fake when you look up close, but this product from Tic Tac Tile looks super realistic because it is actually real quarried stone cut into very thin slices. The only tools I needed were a pair of heavy duty utility scissors and a right angle ruler. Looking for more areas of my house that need tiling now!

Hi Donna,
We are sorry to hear that.
This design is made with real concrete and we are very curious which part of the product you felt looking cheap.
Thank you.

Great alternative without making a permanent change. These peel and sticks are easy to use and have a realistic look. I used on my fireplace and may use on my laundry area as well. Would recommend!
Tiles go up so easy only tough spot was cutting smaller strips to get into tight areas. Make sure you get the matching edge strips to give it a nice finish on the end sections. Also be careful with soap and water near the sink as some soap spash can stain the stone.

I was skeptical that these tiles would look as good in person as they do on the photos, but boy, was I wrong! These tiles are high quality and look fantastic! For only a couple hundred dollars, my kitchen looks like it was professionally remodeled!
The tiles were easy to work with once I found something to cut them. My project came out looking good. You will need a Dremel Or some kind of saw to cut them. You will not be able to cut these with scissors. There were some minor imperfections but nothing that made them unusable.
Had to return as the color was quite light for a dark grey…colors as shown in pictures are lighter as the dark grey appears in the pictures to be a very dark grey, almost black which is what I needed. Product was well made and does look like stone, hence why I gave 4 stars.
