Good product, important to open boxes to acclimated before installation

This looks great. My husband said this was very easy to install. It’s easy to clean. It’s also important to me that it doesn’t have a slick feeling to it when you walk across it with socks on (we’ve had previous floors that felt dangerous and slick).

Easy install looks great

When we installed thus flooring in March 2021 it was beautiful. I have a husband in a wheelchair so we needed to replace the carpet for the flooring to make it easier for him. Three days after he was moved into the room the flooring started to Crack and come apart at the seams. We contacted Home Depot who told us we had to go through Traffic Master for the warranty. We have contacted many people through Traffic Master and the final person who we were told to contact dies not answer our calls or return our messages. It is now Aygust and the floor is just getting worse. We are going to be filing a lawsuit but under the circumstances I would never recommend this product.

The product went down well. The locking groove was very thin and I needed to have an easy hand installing. Other floors I have installed have had a more substantial groove and went together quicker. I only had 4 straps that broke and I had to use in selected applications.

Easy install….untill it starts breaking and scratching. First couple of months it looked great. But now nothing stays locked together and its fallig apart quickly. Ive had it for a year and already looking to replace. Do yourself a favor and get a higher quality. This stuff is HORRIBLE.

600 sq.ft went as smooth as possible. Fast, easy installation, with the score and snap method for less mess, and durable for kids and pets!

This flooring looks amazing, especially for the price. Very nice greige that picks up colors of the walls around it. We had a local contractor install it and he said it was easy to work with. I really love it. We just installed it so I can't speak to the longevity.

Easy to install and looks wonderful!!

This flooring is much better than the laminate flooring I replaced. Most importantly floods and pet accidents don't completely ruin your floor. If your room is square and you remove the baseboards it goes in pretty easy with extreme caution. The interlocking bevels break very easily if you are not extremely careful. This is the case with most all do it yourself interlocking flooring. I converted a garage into a home office (thanks to COVID) and it looks real good. One problem, the joints won't stand up to a wheeled office chair. I'm 250lbs and the weight of me rolling back and forth across the floor has caused the joints between the tiles to crack and break off. It's only been 9 months and I'm going to have to replace some planks and put down a chair mat.

I watched about 25 YouTube videos on vinyl plank flooring installation before installation, it helped. The Edwards Oak plank is at the lower end of the Vinyl Plank flooring price scale but is beautiful and has a 30 year wear and material workmanship warranty. If you follow the instructions, lock in the short side groove and then tilt it up about 15 degrees while tapping it into the long edge of the previous row the brittle edge doesn't break but if you hit it hard or don't get it lined up properly before tapping it in to lock in the edge can chip. The hardest part is in doorways where you can't tilt it up but a little soapy water can help, tap lightly. We had no previous experience, installing 37 cases in 5 rooms and 6 closets. After removing carpets and peal and stick tile. The floors are seamless and came out beautifully. If it wears as well as the camera that it does it is an excellent value. We only chipped about a half of a dozen pieces out of 37 cases due to our errors and were able to use them as partial pieces so they didn't go to waste. I highly recommend this for budget conscious individuals.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FLOOR!! My husband had no issues installing it. I love tge color and it's easy to clean. It gets heavy traffic and still cleans up well. Love that it has both brown and grey colors in it. I'm very happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend this awesome floor.

For the price be realistic!!!! they are really good floors I got Edwards oak and they are so beautiful. I live in a rental so I didn’t want to break the bank but I wanted to enjoy the space I’m living in for the next 5 years. It’s a great investment. Keep in mind the price you’re paying you will have a beautiful space. Also I live alone so minimal traffic but I don’t recommend for high traffic homes or even a house invest higher. But for rentals def great investment. Or a guest room with 0 traffic. It does scratch easily even with furniture pads. The floor feels coarse which surprised me when I scratched easily. But for the most part I love them I would buy again.

We bought this floor to put in our dinning room and living room because it was a great price. We love the look and installed easy. The only thing I found wrong with this floor is it feels sandy on your feet. We added rugs that helped a lot. The floor is beautiful for the price. See photo.

Very easy to snap together, even the ends. And the pattern with little vertical lines make the floor appear seemless.

Got this installed in December and it is scratched, chipping, and over all looks horrible. I can not believe how bad this flooring is and is have had cheap flooring before and it lasted 10 years this stuff has only made it 4 months and im so disappointed with how bad it is. It has chipped in the middles of the boards where the ridges make it look and feel like real wood it is scratched just from walking on it. I take care of it sweep and mop with water no chemical and it is just trash.

We had this floor professionally installed this week. Came out beautiful! Hoping the floor stays this way as there seems to be a lot of negative reviews. So far so good a few days in.

I HAD THIS INSTALLED AND WHILE IT IS VERY PRETTY IT IS FALLING APART IN PLACES THAT ARE BARELY WALKED ON. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS. I HAD IT INSTALLED IS SEPT. 2020 AND ITS MARCH 11 AND I SEE SEVERAL ISSUES. IT HAS A 30 YEAR WARRANTY SO LETS SEE HOW THAT WORKS

The install was easy & the floor is beautiful!! It's been in for 8 weeks & love it! Would highly recommend & the price was great as well!

We have installed this in my whole house. Its hasn't been a month its bowing up in different places and the ridges are sharp, I spent alot of money on this flooring it was very pretty at first...so disappointing .Its really hard to see it in pictures

I have installed laminate flooring in 3 homes I’ve owned and decided to try this LVP. Looks great as an individual board. I’ve had it in my home less than one year and it is separating and has chips in the edges just from normal wear and tear. Buckling and bowing. It scratches and is just garbage. Hard to install, do not accidentally step on an edge as installation occurs or you will be replacing that board because of chipped edges. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

We had our apartment redone and we used this floor, for some reason and we don't know why because we didn't have water spill or anything but 2 weeks later the floor is peeling, breaking and bulking. The look once was done was absolutely beautiful, warm color and looks like a real wood floor, my apartment has only my husband and I and we are very careful, I am sure it's the quality that it's not good. The area that is breaking and peeling is so large that we will have to redo the whole apartment again. Very disappointing

Floor was installed after we had to redo everything from water damage and I am so disappointed. The floor had only been in for two weeks and is chipping and buckling.

Highly recommend if you have dogs! My boxer and rottie can be wild and this flooring shows no signs scratches or hair.

This is a beautiful color, that is durable and easy to care for. The price was definitely a decision maker.

I bought this for the offices at work. Originally the plan was to have someone install them but opted for DIY. The instructions could have been a little more specific but once we got the hang of it, it was easier and faster. Flooring is beautiful, easy to clean.

I was so disappointed with this floor because it is installed on a vacant rental unit and it already has a huge scratch even though it is advertise that is scratch resistant. I have no idea why it is like that and now there is a huge scratch in the middle of the living room. Also the color doesn't match at all with the picture. I got the Edwards Oak and the floor is really a washed gray and not a brownish wood looking like the picture shows. The planks are a good quality and thick so you may need to sand whatever you have under so it will fit. I had to sand the plywood because the floor got stuck under the doors.

Just had this installed today, and so far we absolutely love it!! Appearance is A++++! I’ll have to come back to review durability.. I would definitely recommend Home Depot installation as well. Showed up at 8:45 and was finished by 1:30. Ver impressed, so far!
