It's easy to install. Didn't use electric saws at all. The plank corners chipped easily so be careful with that during the installation. Like the result. The color is darker than the Home Depot website pictures.

This moonstone LVP is a great product for the price. It was very easy to install. Never installed a floor before, was able to Accomplish this all by myself! In approx 7 hrs for a room of 13’x 16’. I did the order online for store pick up. The customer service was great, when the csr brought the flooring out on the cart, the boxes were damaged and opened. I have had the flooring installed now for approx one month and all is well!

If you see about down the middle of the picture is some boxes vs others. Left side is more gray and right side is a little more warm. Also color is overall a little darker than expected when put down over a large surface

I have had this flooring for a year and its already coming up and breaking .

3 to 4 weeks after installation in our kitchen, the end joints started failing. We were planning on carrying it into our dining and living room. Pure junk. Returned to store. Don't waste your time with this HD signature brand.

I normally do not complain about stuff, but we put this floor in a year ago and it is totally cracking and coming apart. We had a professionally installed and now we’re dealing with the warranty. Very disappointed after spending over 5k for flooring.

Easy to install and great price

This was installed year and a half ago, it looked good and quality seemed not bad, however now it started to fall apart in some places, customer service non existent

The pieces clicked together nicely. They also stayed in place and cut very easy.

After exactly one year from installation the surface peels of little by little at the edges. Weekly I have to walk around and kick pieces back together because they don't lock properly and come back apart. Single male with no kids at home so it's not like I'm rough on it, it's just bad flooring. Put flooring in downstairs that was half the price and have had zero issues with it.

Did not hold up well through the years. This vinyl flooring did not work well on my older home. I have placed this product all through my house and the amount of stress fractures and cracks are just insane. Definitely recommend a sturdier flooring. Especially if your floor flex’s a lot or is not leveled.

I purchased this flooring using research and the expertise of the Home Depot representative. My main focus was water proof floors on a concrete slab. I purchased the flooring Oct 2022 and installed by a licensed flooring company. June 2023 I noticed strips were coming apart from the plank. I paid over 2k cash at self check out from the Mechanicsville location. A manager attempted to locate the purchase since my recipient was now blank. No ink remained. No way a purchase completed with my Military ID discount can't be located. Poor Quality don't waste your money.

I’ve used this product over and over again the last 4 years in both commercial and residential and love this product. I see reviews that are not so good but, it sounds like installation was done wrong. I feel the click lock system is stronger than the more expensive brands. Either way if you don’t install it properly, any product will fail. Overall best product I’ve used.

We have a big house and during our first party the floors started chipping at the seams where they lock together. Anywhere, where people would walk is where the most damages were. So hall way leading to bath room and kitchen were the worst parts. I had them replaced with another product.

I've used this brand for two projects. It's cheap but great for a quick upgrade where you won't have high traffic. I found it extremely easy to install with minimal experience here. I installed it in a guest bedroom that I'm turning into a hobby room. It took me about seven hours to install a 10x14 room once the room was prepped. I'd read the instructions for the installation. It's easy to break connectors if you don't know what you are doing.

Extremely poor quality,flimsy,easy to break or bend,surface scratches at ease. Some planks came out the box broken. Very disappointed at Trafficmaster and their LVP line.

Scratched vinyl all the pieces on the box had scratches the contractor didnt notice until he came back to check the sub contractor work

Within a few months the vinyl started cracking and peeling throughout our entire home, I followed their instructions perfectly and it didn’t matter. I contacted the manufacturer to try and start a warranty claim and they refuse to honor their warranty. I don’t know if we got a defective batch or if the product is just this bad, but I do not recommend anyone try it out.

It is a beautiful floor for about 2 months then it stars popping up breaking apart very dangerous manufacture gurantees the flooring itself but not the reinstall

I have only had the floor in for 7 months, it is warping and curling. Homedepot will not take excess back, ecause it is more than 90 days, sorry it lasted until past that time, shame on you for not taking care of your customers before profit. I am stuck with 23 box not put down yet. For the money I spent I would have expected a better product, 3/4 of our home is done, now I will need to pull it up and replace it all, very upset and disappointed. I will shop elsewhere from now on

We put this floor in our kitchen in June of 2021. Not even two months later we have a couple places where it is literally shredding. Fast forward to a year later and we have several places where it is shredding. Such a disappointment and then contact customer service who filed claim for us and their response was basically it’s our fault and the best they can do is offer one case of flooring or a refund for one case. Unacceptable as I do not want more of this flooring (I’m not stupid!!).

I purchased the flooring from Home Depot online on 4th January 2023. My contractor installed the flooring in late March, allowing plenty of time for the planks to acclimatize to the indoors of my home. Over the last 9 months the flooring has gradually started to warp, chip, peel, and is getting worse. The planks are supposed to come with a 30 year residential warranty. I have spent the last 8 weeks going back and forth, Home Depot will not honor the warranty and neither will the manufacturer.

Less than 6 months and the floor is chipping, seams are cracking. I should have read all the reviews!!

I bought 38 boxes of this cheap flooring and I guess it must have been recalled product because every last piece had bubbles on it as if it melted during storage. Their warranty is a joke and will look for any reason to not honor it. I personally would recommend not to buy this brand of flooring or expect Home Depot to honor manufacturer defects.

Just the worse product ever i asked my wife to ask for a refund they gave me ten boxes but I bought 75 boxes they would not refund my money I laid the entire house and some rooms are doing ok but i wish people could see the mess I have I am sick over it damaged every where

I can’t caution you enough not to buy this product. I had it installed in 3 of my houses all around the same time thinking the price, color and waterproof aspect was an amazing value. Across my three properties it went over different subfloors from plywood, to hardwood, cement to tile. ALL have separated, cracked, chipped and are destroyed. To make matters worse I bought a few boxes to have my installers attempt to fix areas only to find that the color ‘moonstone’ clearly varies from box to box.

Wasted my hard earned money. The loose boards get caught on my shoes and knocked me off balance!! My loans hv outlasted my flooring. I use throw rugs. I can’t wait to tear this crap flooring out!!! I’ve never been more disgusted…this was my first remodel of 22 years in my home. Not a good experience
