Hello, Foremost we are sorry to hear this product isn't working for you. However we would like to note that our new generation decking is very different from our early generation decking material. The new generation Trex boards are manufactured with a high-performance shell that wraps around three sides of the composite board to protect it from the elements, providing resistance to fading, staining, scratching and mold. The underside of a Trex deck board is not subject to the same wear and tear, moisture, or environmental conditions therefore a shell is not needed.
