I bought this door to prevent someone outside from seeing in. Nope! At night you can't see outside from the inside, but you can see inside from the outside. Plus there is a huge open gap at the bottom of door when installed. This was a complete waste of money for me. At night I feel like a fish in a fish tank for everyone to observe. Worst part is that I can't take the stupid thing off now. My advise is if you want another door and lock for security then buy the cheaper door.

We had this security screen door installed by Fernando with RFI. Very professional & efficient. This is a very well made screen. We feel extremely safe & secure when our front door is open & the screen is locked during day or night. Would highly recommend this product to any one requiring a screen door.

We opted out of Home Depot installation (which is more expensive than the door itself) and installed the door with a help of a friend. Not the easiest thing to do and definitely not a one man job. We got it almost perfect but because of the way our door frame is shaped, the door shifted with the last screw and now catches just a little when closing. Overall we love the breeze we get in and keep the regular door open all the time to enjoy the fresh air.

I just really like my security door. it's amazing design.

The product is very good in quality. I wished they included a DIY instructions for installation. I installed it my self and in counter problem with one way screw hard to correct problem.

The product is excellent! Everything came, on time, & everything needed for the install came with it. It's made very well. The features that stand out the most, I like the design of it & how close the mesh pattern is, that adds privacy. Just have had it a few days. And it totally meets my expectations, exactly!

Good door and easy installation.

We bought the Arcada Max Security Door from Home Depot. We arranged installation through the store. RF Installation was the contractor. The installation was done horribly. The person put an inch long scratch in the frame and told me I would need to order touch up paint to repair that and the screw heads that were scratched during the install. The door was bent and you can stick a thumb between the door and the frame when it is closed at the top right side. The welds on the outside frame of the door look terrible and the screen is wavy. The installer and Home Depot both said it's common with these doors for them to look like this. I understand it's a stock factory door for 235 dollars but there is no excuse for it to look like this. Don't buy and don't use Home Depots installation people.

Well built and attractive.

Love the door and the extra security that it has. I am a little concerned with the bottom of the frame as you have to step over the bottom part of the frame. I need to figure out how to make it more flush so it doesn’t cause anyone to trip going out of the door.

All pieces were there.

Install went great packing was ok had a few minor bumps on corners. Over all price and appearance and function and perfect.

The Unique Security Screen Door came with simple instructions and was easy to put up. It was less than an hour worth of work. The painted finish has a rich and nice quality look.

This door is more substantial than cheaper models. I feel very secure leaving my front door open and having the security screen door locked. Allows me to capture the outside breeze and the dogs love it!
