Dull. Had an old cheaper one that cut much better.

Did not work well. Had to supplement with exacto knife.

Tried to cut plexiglass, became dull after a few passes

Demo video shows using back tip to score. “Tip” was round and wouldn’t even score the paper covering.

Worked ok. Have to score sheet about twice as many times as directions suggest. Then snapping wasn't 100% clean. I had to follow up with a tile nipper to clean up the snapped edges. A regular utility knife with a straight blade would probably work as well, if not better.

It appeared to have been previously used and put back in package. It was worthless.

Purchased to score and cut thin acrylic sheets. Didn't work at all - actually caused the acrylic to shatter/break despite 10+ scoring runs. No value to me at all on this one.

It needed to be sharpened before use.

I can't believe that any standard utility knife wouldn't do a better job than this.

The tool works very well when used correctly. Don't try to slide the flat sharp part on the plexi. Slide the edge and keep the tool almost horizontal. It will take small parts off the plexi crating a groove. Depending on thickness do this 10 to 20 times. Make sure to align the scored plexi on an edge and clamp down with a piece of wood, metal etc. before trying to break.

Once I got the hang of the knife it worked well.

Believe all the other negative reviews. This thing made maybe 4-5 nice score marks on a sheet of acrylic and was then incredibly dulled. The second time I tried to use it my piece of acrylic broke very unevenly because it was impossible to get a deep score mark. Buy another product.

The one I am reviewing, was dull and didn't cut for me. Right out of the package. I assume it may be part of a bad production run. My scratch awl cut the acrylic sheet better, and that's how I completed my project. It did take about 20 scratches to go half thru the .09 material, but I got it done. I hope others have better luck with their purchase. If you notice, it's a 'no name' brand. Whoever made it, ain't very proud of it.

This takes a lot of pressure to score acrylic. I ended up using my multi tool.

Not a good cutter. Bought this to score/cut several pieces of P95 acrylic sheet and it just didn't get the job done. I had to resort to a Japanese saw to complete the project.

We got this to cut a 4'x8' piece of acrylic into a 4'x6' piece and two 2'x6' pieces. This tool was great for cutting the sheet down to the 6' size, but impossible to use to cut the 2'x6' pieces. This tool is best for smaller sheets of acrylic.
