Great product when you compare prices

Customer is very happy. Installing w/screws is very slow.

It looks beautiful on our new deck and dock area. Easy to work with. Costs a bit less than most other composites.

Have built a deck and needed to finish it off using composite board as a top rail - no shrinkage. This product will work.. I just wished it was "solid" on all sides and not the "ribbed" look it has. This will mean addition fine detail work using scrap to use the sides as end capping. Users applying as a deck board will also be faced with the end of their deck boards displaying a potentially unwanted 'wavy' end.

Good product

Holds up to weather very good. A little slippery when wet, and expensive.

This company is an absolute fraud. I purchased over $4,000 in decking about 6 years ago. Within a year the boards began to shrink. It got to the point that the gaps in between were over an inch wide and became a hazard. I contacted the manufacturer to file a warranty claim and was told they would not honor the 20 year warranty because they do not cover shrinkage. Buyer beware, I would buy another product.

Great board

Satisfactory. I used 2" red weatherproof Torx-drive screws to attach this to joists. I used an Excel spreadsheet to get the exact spacing between planks so that the spacing is uniform.

I surfaced a roughly 16 by 16 elevated deck with this material. It cuts very well. I took the advice and pre-drilled the spacing holed (2 holes across by 16 inch joist centers) using special deck screws (I do not like the hidden fasteners - sounds like a nightmare if you need to change out a board following BBQ accidents and such). Installation was clean. I needed to plan to "bend" these boards into square as on their own, they will twist. Not hard using guides and clamps. I also used several washers on a bolt to offer consistent board to board spacing. I chose not to screw down the full 16 inch span (leaving the outer 2 fee unsecured) hearing that linear heat expansion (they do get quite hot in the sun) could eventually dislodge screws, via weaken joist connections. I also needed to use a router to grind out the clearances around various obstructions. Material routed well. I had original concerns that the single color grain surface, and hearing reviews about being slippery when wet would be downsides. It appears their roughly 2 foot grain cycle is serious enough to add roughness to the surface and *using back and forth grain alignments" works. The color seems to be consistent. I did need to go to several local home depots to get the quantities I needed. This is a heavy product, so I also needed a more serious vehicle that could accommodate the 16 footers in numbers. All in all (so far), satisfied with this product.
