It cleaned up all the little black specks that were in the pattern of the tile. You can really see the difference. Highly recommend this steamer. I also have a small shark steamer but this one is well worth your money.

A full tank of water lasts about 30 min. Then wait at least 10 min for the unit to cool down before refill and another 10 min for the unit to heat back up. For 900 sqft of tile/grout floor, it took 8 hours and 4 gallons of water. Also, after the first use, the plastic tip from the straight adaptor broke off and I had to buy a replacement online with 2-day shipping (still waiting for the free replacement from Wagner). Otherwise, it works, super satisfying to see the dirt spray off the grout.

I wouldn’t consider myself a clean freak nor am I afraid of chemicals like bleach, but I must say that this thing not only gets the job done, but it’s well paid for itself by the amount of time it’s saved scrubbing dirt and grime off things. Wife wanted to use oven cleaner to clean out oven, instead I opted to give the steamer a shot. Well not only did it work wonderfully, now I don’t have to worry about my cookies tasting like cleaner! Only use distilled water, tap water will ruin it!

This steamer got the floor in our kids bathroom clean in less than an hour. Since the kids use it, and they’re boys, they tend to miss the toilet. We also have the litter box in here, and found out that clay litter, plus wet feet from the shower, plus messy toilet habits (again, boys) makes for a particularly disgusting combo. I wish I took a before photo. I used the floor attachment first and then scrubbed the grout with the small brush. Room looks great and smells fresh!

We have a 100 y.o. house with a LOT of wallpaper! We have tried a couple of different methods that just were NOT working at all! We were about ready to give up when I found this magical tool! No chemicals, no major scraping, just scoring and steaming! The wallpaper was almost falling off! The price seemed high when we were first looking at it but I can assure you, WORTH EVERY PENNY! this machine is gonna save us so much time and sanity! If you're struggling with wallpaper, definitely try this!

After calling customer service about missing parts he explained that you have to lift up the translucent gray cover to find four pre-packed parts. You have to use some force to lift it up FYI. I can't tell you how well this works for cleaning yet. I was hoping it would work on my impossible to clean kitchen floor (some kind of vinyl fake tile or something) but it didn't really do the trick. Seem to have done a good job on the tub though. It definitely puts out steam.

I have used it on tile which done a great job, there is a picture attached of all the grim that came out of the grout I really didn't think it was that bad until I used the steamer on it. I also used it to clean my car engine which really looks good now Pics are also attached. The next picture I was skeptical if it would work on but I had this old oven in my storage building so I decided to give it a try and it amazed me of what it done it actually cleaned the grim from the glass. I had no idea that the power of steam worked so well. I have many more projects to try the Wagner Steam Cleaner on and can’t wait to see the results. It is an all-around great product that is very easy to use. All the parts go together easily with a sturdy construction it also has a long power cord to help you move around with that having to use a bulky extension cord. In my review I give this product a 5-star review, I really don’t have any complaints about this product at all. Thanks for letting me review this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the device for about a month. I can start by saying that the device has a very large standard kit. Grill owners will love the included cleaning kit + additional pads for the attachments. An extension nozzle is needed when you need to clean the bathroom and toilet. You have to be careful in the toilet bowl. Use only distilled water, it leaves no residue. About 1000 ml are heated in 5 minutes. In future versions, I would like to see the water level window. The cord is long enough for most jobs. Cleaning all metal surfaces takes seconds. Toilet, shower, tap, drain - 100% result. I got the best results when paired with a wet vacuum cleaner. The device was able to activate a blood stain that I left in the car after my back surgery a year ago. And a wet vacuum cleaner was able to remove it. Incredible result. Only the vacuum cleaner failed to do it. Would recommend to anyone who loves to do some serious cleaning. If you have many different devices, this steamer will be the best solution for the most serious tasks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steamer comes with many attachments for cleaning various items and has a great selection of brushes, extensions and holds 40 ounces of water. I used distilled water as my area has pretty hard water that might damage the steamer. After going through the directions to make sure I understood what each part was for, measure out 40 ounces, filled it up and plugged it in. Once turned on, there are two lights that show the status of the steamer: one shows that it's heating up and when the second light comes on, the steamer is ready to go. The first project I got to, which impressed me the most, was steam cleaning the grout in my bathrooms. This tackled it with ease. The grout has been cleaned mostly with the "magic eraser" cleaners that got some of the dirt off but still left some of the staining. I put the small nylon brush on and went to town. As I steamed out the dirt, I used a microfiber towel to soak up the dirt and water. 40 Ounces of water later, my grout looks NEW! The attachments are numerous and you can steam clean a floor, steam wallpaper for removal and yes, it will even STEAM CLOTHES! The clothing attachment works well and it gently removes the wrinkles. This is NOT a substitute for ironing, but it can refresh light wrinkles in most fabrics; be sure to read the labels and not over-steam certain fabrics. The best part of this steamer for me is the fact that it has a long hose, and has wheels and the 40 ounce reservoir that lets me clean for a longer period of time. Other products I have used had small reservoirs and once they ran out of water, I had to wait until it cooled to fill it up again and go back to work. That's a time consuming proposition that the 915e solves as it lasts a long time with the huge reservoir. Another nice touch is the storage area where most of the smaller attachments can be placed when not in use. I look forward to years of cleaning and other projects with the 915e!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Wagner 915e On-Demand steamer is easy to use, portable, and has many applications around the house. My wife and I used the 915 on a recent deep clean of our bathrooms and were very happy with the performance. The nylon brushed jet accessories were great for scrubbing shower shelves, around drains, and around the sing and faucet. The straight stream jet nozzle surprisingly blasted away the weird gunk under the rim of the toilet bowl, and cleaned some nasty growth from the tracks of our 20 year old shower. The microfiber covered floor tool, along with a nylon brush tool for the grout took a lot of the grime from our entryway tile with only a single pass. The first time use, cleaning, and storage of the 915 was fairly straight forward. While I thought the 9 minute wait to build steam on the first go was a bit much, that was really the only wait for the entirety of our cleaning. The steam build at the beginning lasted through a full bath, a half bath, and some test spots in the tiled entry way. Once I cooled and prepared to clean the unit after use, I was surprised to find it still had more water left in the 40oz tank. I figured we would need to refil the unit at least once, but that was not the case.

We have 4 dogs, two of which are huskies so there is a lot of sand and dirt that is brought in with them. This thing gets all the crud out of the grout and looks new again!!! I have been looking for something to clean our floors (and I do vacuum and mop daily) but this is a whole new level of clean. Only con is it does put out a lot of water so you do have to have a towel handy to wipe up the excess.

I really like the wagner 915. I ordered a new one and got a 915e. It's scaled down, smaller. The handle is very uncomfortable. If I can order the wagner 915 please show me where. I pay a higher price for a much cheaper product. Please bring back wagner 915. The 915e is half the size. It's deceiving when you order..Looks the same but definitely is not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with this steamer. Made by Wagner, so no surprise that the build quality is tops! Plastic wear plastic works, and brass where needed. Wagner says to use distilled water which is a no brainer as any steamer will distill the water and coat the tank overtime. Takes a few minutes to warm up, so it makes sense to fill it up and turn it on, and then prep the area you will be working on. If you are doing a small job, then you don't need to fill it (will heat up quickly). The folks at Wagner covered all of the bases as the steamer comes with two 18" extensions facilitating high and low, ergonomic cleaning. Has multiple attachments including steam sweetie, large area wall paper tool, and floor / wall scrubber. Even has a mini tool with several scrubbing tips! Getting down to business....The unit generates steam like nothing I've ever seen! It lasts, too, As you can go 45 minutes on a 45 ounce fill up. This tool will be very useful for people doing new construction clean upsets steam dissolves glues and adhesives. Will be great for cleaning and disinfecting with the benefit of doing this chemical free. No odors or allergies! You cannot go wrong with this steamer for a variety of cleaning and stripping tasks. I am getting one for my germaphobic daughter for Christmas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I got the steamer, I have used it few times a week. The steamer is made to help remove wallpaper and did an excellent job when I removed a wallpaper boarder from my in-law’s house. I have been mainly using it for cleaning and disinfecting, especially in the current pandemic. I have used other steamers, but non as powerful as this one. I was able to easily remove the hard water buildup on my shower heads that cleaning products and scrubbing could not do. It helped me easily clean the grease buildup on my grill and grill grates. It did an excellent job cleaning the grout on my tile floor. I used it to disinfect the toilet, remove mold on my shower walls, and cleaned the shower glass. I even used it to remove paint that splattered on my shower and floor when my wife painted the restroom. I used and liked the various accessories it comes with. I especially like the little brush ends which helped scrub those harder to reach places. To measure the amount of water in the container I used a 16oz water bottle. It holds a total of 48oz, so I used three 16oz bottles of distilled water. I wish there were a way to see how much water is left in the container as you use it, but it will last you a long time. I believe the 48oz should last about 45 min according to the manual, but it lasted me over an hour. Overall, this is a great steamer that I plan to continue using. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to start using this product (on-demand 915 steamer). First thing I did was used it on my car. I had a plastic strap that melted on top of my heat shield. I removed the shield started process with the steam it was breaking up the melted plastic and also was getting it soft, I used a steel brush to start removing. I was amazed on how it was removing melted plastic. See photos attached. Than I decided to clean my car outside windows, again I was amazed how it cleaned windows. I took several passes on window than came back to wipe down it look amazing, I did not require any window cleaner, plus I had no streaks showing. I also grab a pair of tennis shoes it cleaned them well see photos attached. I would definitely recommend this product for the house. I will be using weekly. It’s fun to clean again!!

Steaming our dance floors multiple times a day-- after 1 week of use, clogged even tho we have emptied/used vinegar etc- the problem seems to be in the hose- machine only works if a section of the hose ( which seemed to have a lump/kink inside) is put in a circle, and then we used some electrical tape to hold in place. Now it works.. but for how long???

Absolutely love this steamer! Nice physical "compact" size, as well as water tank capacity (enough for roughly 45 min of use). Steam gets very hot, although it would be nice if the temperature was controllable, but not an issue. Works great!

I used the steamer immediately to clean(white!) grout in a tiled bathroom floor. Worked very well- so much that my wife wanted to use it. Although I have wallpaper, tile, and wood cleaning projects yet to do, I thought I would try using it to clean and sanitize work shoe bottoms and ceramic pots for plants. Worked very well on those. The shoes were a challenge using soap and scrub brush. these were my son's work shoes at a fast food store- the bottoms were getting full of meat juices and heavily gummed up with flour and ??? The steamer jet cleaned them off with a minimum of fluid, and very quickly. Cleaned out all the crevices very nicely. I do not think the shoes will attract dogs anymore ! The ceramic plant pot cleaned up well, and hopefully killed residual bacteria/etc. I will be a bit more confident re-using them. Also- no big residue mess to clean up. User's manual could use some comments on how the end of water in the tank is determined. It is easy to figure out, but a reassuring note would be helpful. On the steamer unit- feature and attachments are perfect for me. the water gets to full temperature very quickly- I was expecting a longer wait. I am very happy with the product to date- I will recommend it to others, and share more uses.

Purchased this steamer for household use to replace older power steamer that had quit working. Our house has a lot of tile flooring, and while the Hoover Floormate we have does a great job of cleaning the tile floor, it doesn't do a very good job on cleaning the tile grout, which was the principle reason we bought this steamer. It did a terrific job steaming and restoring the original look of the grout on our tile floors. The major downside is the size of the tank and the time it takes to heat water when doing a fairly large tile floor. We'll also be using it for other applications around the house.

This is the second steamer that I have purchased. The first one was fine, I just needed another for my work. The only thing that was troubling was the steam hose connection at the steamer. It became hot and broke down resulting in a leak. Reconnected the hose, shortened the outside casing so it wouldn't pull loose and it was just like new. I use it for cleaning cars and it has worked admirably for four year. There is lots of heat generated for long periods. Can't live without it

Bought this with high hopes but feel let down. The orange light goes off, indicating the water/steam is ready, and then comes on again a few minutes later. Letting is warm up for 30 minimum doesn’t help at all, same problem happens. It also gets water all over the floor with the pad/mop thing. Super frustrating

Steamer not as powerful as we hoped it to be. Used it to clean grill, but had to scrub it first before flushing off with steamer.

While it cleaned my small shower, its uncomfortable handle and excessive steam production made it impractical. The handle quickly overheats, causing discomfort and potential burns after just 15-20 minutes of use. It expels too much water, making it unsuitable for kitchen use. Despite useful accessories, I found it was too much trouble without the results I expected.

I’ve been learning how to use this and come to the conclusion. I really don’t like it. It doesn’t get as hot as I thought it would and it doesn’t have the power. I thought it would ...should’ve gone with a Bissell.

Great little steamer. Works really well and runs for much longer than I expected per fill.

Good machine. Works well doing car detailing.
