Every dowel they sent me was to short so the bed looks like Complete crap. Just do yourself a favor and don’t buy this. Save up and buy a better quality of bed. So disappointed

Took me 2 rounds of ~3 hours. Every piece is manually screwed together, and, the Allen key (Z tool) provided is not the best size for the tight angles you’re meant to use it for. Once assembled it looks nice. Up close however, you know this is a thin veneer. I received one damaged piece; all hardware and other piece okay. Too bad it’s the headboard and visible (shown). Company needs to copy some of the other budget frames and send the slats all in one piece with felt attaching them together.

Can’t handle heads leaning on back headboard. After just a month, the two end screws popped out- the screws stripped. Very soft wood/not durable. We need to write to the company for replacement screws on both sides- and hopefully something to help them stay in the wood. It is a pretty piece of furniture however.

Assembly took longer than expected, however, there were no missing assembly components, the instructions were accurate, fitment was excellent. The finished product is solid, looks fantastic in the guest bedroom.

When putting it together, some of the parts on the main frame didn’t fit. I kind of just chalk that up to me not putting it together properly but once I got to the headboard and saw this, I realize it’s not me the items literally are not sized properly and there’s nothing I can do to fix it. The holes are off-center from each other so when I try to put the polls in, they are slanted in a diagonal and some just don’t even touch the bottom half of the headboard.

My product took 4 hours to assemble but on set of the holes for the headboard were in the wrong place. So, unfortunately, the bed frame wasn’t functional. Home Depot wouldn’t accept my images and told me I had to unassemble the whole thing. So frustrating.

I had a difficult time lining the spindles up on the headboard when I first put the bed together, but now they have warped and all fallen out. I tried to use longer screw to reattach them and there is still a 3/4" gap between the spindles and the top of headboard. Useless. It's going in the garbage.

I would give this zero stars as the worst quality bed I have ever purchased. Not even 4 months since I purchased this the left side of the support frame busted in half and I'm only 125 lb female using this bed. This is utterly outrageous that this kind of cheap quality furniture is even allowed to be sold out there. I would think twice before pulling the plug to buy this for yourself or anyone. I loved this bed frame, but I should say man it's complicated to assemble it. I also saw some back supporting dowels are little wobbly. but apart from that I love the bed frame look and it is sturdy. solid wood awesomeness...

Ugh the assembly for this bed was awful. It took a long time to put the pieces together and the instructions advised not to use a power drill to avoid damaging the wood. Once assembled, it’s a pretty bed frame but we decided to return it. One thing to consider, the headboard is at an angle and it makes the bed stick out about 5-6 inches from the wall which is not ideal if you don’t have enough floor space and also the bed frame itself, sticks out like 3” all around. No, thanks!

This bed frame is terrible. It’s so cute and aesthetically pleasing but after having it for a year it has fallen apart in multiple places.

This is NOT twin size. Mattress compartment measures 75 x 39.5 in, leaving an ugly two in gap with a twin mattress (75 x 38 in). Unhappy with the looks of it. Quality is fine (soft wood), assembly easy but takes a while.

This bed frame was a beast to put together, in total it took me 6 hours, thankfully my boyfriend came home halfway through the assembly and we switched to a drill because 2 of the holes didn’t line up.. be ready to spend all day assembling.

Clear step by step assembly instructions - took my boyfriend and I ~2 hours to complete. Like others, we also opted to use a drill. The wood is beautiful and solid. I’m so happy with this purchase!

Overall, this is a wonderful bed and a great addition to my guestroom. I will point out that the instructions are a little unclear which side is the headboard and which side is the baseboard. Ultimately, leading me to put it together backwards! The box is very heavy and contains a lot of small pieces. Make sure to plan ahead and give yourself at least 1 to 2 hours to put this together, preferably with the help of somebody else. Would definitely buy this again for an additional guestroom.

This bed is absolutely stunning! It looks great in our room but unfortunately the headboard / column piece came damaged. A few of the columns look like the wood is split. There is no way to change out the columns as the whole headboard is one piece. The instructions are not very detailed and assembly took my husband and I half a husker game to fully assemble. We waited months for this bed to come back into stock in a king size and it is so disappointing that it is busted. All the splits in the photos are in addition to the seam of the columns. If you purchase this bed, I recommend getting bunkie boards instead of a traditional box spring, that way the bed has a more modern feel.

Assembly went off mostly without a hitch. It's a lot to piece together so take your time and pay attention to the directions. A few of the pre-drilled holes in the slats were just shy of hitting the wood and had to be drilled at an angle. Overall very happy and love the look of the product. We have not slept in it yet, but I will update my review if it gives me any trouble.

I ordered this in April and now it’s almost August and I still don’t have my bed.

I absolutely love this bed!! There was one screw hole that was stripped prior to us even trying it. Otherwise it all works great. It had several parts & screws. etc. and takes quite a bit of assembly. Beautiful product!!

I like it a lot other then the fact a price was missing so we did the best with what we had at our house so one of our post looks off.

Love my bed. It might be difficult for many people to put together but I enjoy that kind of thing. Once it’s put together correctly, it is a solid piece of furniture. I did think some of the wood was a bit soft and I don’t know how long those screw joints will last but so far so good. I did not need customer service and will rate that 5 stars anyway.

This will not go up easily but if you're patient and can anticipate the path forward, it is impressive once it all comes together. I had a slight problem and I think the directions could have been a little clearer but I was able to get it all together. I really love it.

This bed has given us problems from the moment we put it together. It wobbles, its flimsy, and despite tightening everything and even adding more supports, still feel like it will fall apart the moment we get in it. I thought I was getting a great deal but it’s been a gigantic headache.

This bed is fantastic! It does require quite a bit of setup, but it’s worth it. It feels so sturdy and looks incredible. Definitely recommend. The quality and aesthetic are 10/10.

Easy to put together and looks very nice in my space

No instructions come with the bed which makes it really difficult to assemble in a timely manner. However the bed itself is good quality. We’ve ordered this bed twice and both times no instructions.

Love the look of this bed frame and the wood. I would say the assembly is fairly complex. And the directions say no power tools so commit a whole day to assemble. It does achieve a very beautiful look and is sturdy.
