This ladder is well built, stable and perfect for my needs.

The ladder took weeks to arrive from the other side of the country. When it finally arrived, it was covered in soot and dirty from the road with a gray grease covering the orange fiberglass of the new ladder. It arrived in a Used state rather than New. The price was for a New ladder. Otherwise it's fine, a tool needed around the house.

Did not reach 16 ft. Arrived damaged.

Excellent ladder, very sturdy and reasonably light weight to carry around. Like the design of the top, with the ability to hold many tools and attachments. Would buy again.
