We love these fans! They are beautiful and accent our rooms with the color and blades on our high ceilings.

Fans and products like the Westinghouse cayuga 60” fan are the reason I can call myself a DIY person. Great value for your money, easy to assemble and install, perfectly packaged, and an easy to follow instruction manual. The finished product was a high end looking fan that exceeded our expectations. We ended up buying four more fans to match for other rooms in our home. If you are looking for an easy to install fan, that is great value for your dollar, look no further.

Quite good fan but remote is not as sensitive as it should be.

Ended up returning it b/c the color on blades didn’t match our home.

Fan throws a lot of air and the lights are bright. The dimming function is a little slow and with 2 i noticed that the dimming is not consistent between them. The install is easy but time consuming. Definitely recommend.

Easy to install, runs very quietly and is worth every dollar.

This fan has a beautiful design and ran quietly at the one speed that worked for us. We had to contact the manufacturer for a new remote system since the initial one didn't work. The second one still didn't fix the problem. We even brought in an electrician to make sure everything was OK with the wiring (new construction). Ultimately, we had to return it.

Changed the total looks of our main room. Electrical diagram does show how to wire if you have a existing 3 wire box which is used if you have two existing switches. Would buy again.

Very quiet efficient fan

This is my second of these fans. They are both extremely quiet and move a LOT of air. I like the four different speeds you can select on the remote. If you want something quiet and windy, this is the one to get.

ordered 2 of these fans but never installed them. when ordering online the blades looked like they were a "dark wood" color but in person the blades were a more "reddish" color. i had to return them to HD for a refund

Fan works really well. Moves a lot of air. The remote is cheap and flimsy and doest work well unless you can direct it at the receiver antenna.

We bought two Westinghouse fans. Both were defective. Both had to be returned. We were very disappointed!

It wasn’t as big as expected, disappointed to learn last minute that the extension rod was separate. My fault for not noticing but still an overall disappointment.

Returning. The mounting unit is a joke.

Easy to install as the old fan was taken down and new one installed. It is quit. The remote works well. There is plenty of air movement BUT the fan wobbles. This means it will need a weight on one or two of the fan blades. (Pain in the rear to get it done right). For the price I paid,accepatable.

I purchased this fan June 02 of this year and had it installed without any problem. Fan ran well for several days then it started making a clicking sound on every revolution of the blade. Sound was audible only during the lower and middle fan speeds. While attempting several corrective actions over a period of weeks, the warranty from Home Depot had expired so I tried contacting the manufacturer, Westinghouse, for resolution. After several e-mails back and forth and while trying Westinghouse's recommendations for corrective actions, it turned out that none of them were successful. I had an electrician come in to see what he could find. Everything checked out and his assessment was that the problem could be due to a possible faulty fan bearing. I again e-mailed Westinghouse of the electrician's findings; and, to this date, I have not received any further communications from them. I'm open to any suggestions.

Got it installed properly. Looked great, light worked. We turned the fan on high to see how well it moved air and my wife and I were immediately impressed. 30 seconds later the fan stopped and never came back on. Tested the circuit, and the power from the house was fine. Returned to the store with no problem. I hope I'm not just a glutton for punishment, but we liked it well enough that I'm going to re-order the same one. Hopefully that was just a fluke!
