[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of out new microwave. Only negative was difficulties installing it. The vent didn’t line up perfectly to ours. Our new cabinet above the microwave had a lip on it that prevented us from mounting the microwave using the template. It took three tries lifting it onto bracket and its s very heavy microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits perfectly where range hood was. Lightning is not as bright but I can deal with it. The buttons are very sensitive to your finger (like a smartphone) . Door only opens on the left side. I can put a large coffee cup in it( Starbucks 20 Oz) I am very satisfied with this unit.

When we purchased this, we weren’t necessarily looking for stainless steel but after looking at it, we decided to go with that look. It is perfect for the space that we needed it for. It was not too tall (not leaving space between the cabinets and the stove)or too deep. Also, it’s the perfect size for all your reheating needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new microwave, and we knew the low profile was our only option because of the height above the stove. Code where we are says we need at least 18” of space. This microwave gave us more than enough space. And it looks really nice. It sticks out a little further than our old one, but it doesn’t feel intrusive. The functionality is also really simple and user friendly. And there are multiple fan and light settings. The only downside is that is shows fingerprints pretty bad, so I just have to wipe it down daily.

I was waiting 4 years to finally get this microwave. It is exactly what I needed. They old one was too big and hung down so low I couldn't get a 5qt stock pot on the stove top. Dispite the installers policy of having 30" clearance between the top of the cabinet and the stove top my new baby could not be installed because it only cleared 29". It was ok 4 years ago to shove a microwave on top of my stove that was not supposed to be installed per their policy. So I had to find an electrician to install it and ended costing me more money. Regardless of the delivery issue, this microwave is my happy ending.

This is something we had to have, as a normal size microwave was an unsafe distance from the stovetop. It was easy to install, fits and looks great. My only problem with it is that the buttons are only accessible with the door open. That leaves for a cleaner look, but is not convenient at all. Virtually every time I use the microwave I go to close the door before having to catch myself, and open it back up to set the time. For the price, I kind of wish I had gone with the Samsung smart version.. and if that had come in white I probably would have. But overall this is a good solid Appliance and with the whirlpool name brand I'm sure it will last a good while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and installed this model about a month ago because it fit the narrow vertical space between my cupboard and new induction oven. It took a while to get used to the features visible inside the door, but now I love it! It has choices between cook and reheat, including pre-programmed selections. Three fan speeds, and three light Levels for the underside. Love the fact that you just press a button to open the door!

We love this new slim over the counter microwave! We wish we would have gotten it sooner. The only negative is for really short people or kids they probably wont be able to reach it.

I installed this in a loft we have and it really stands out and looks fantastic! The perfect size and it compliments the kitchen and the look we were trying to achieve. Performance has been outstanding thus far.

Love the way this microwave looks. We have a small AirBNB (around 100 sq ft) and having a full size microwave just makes the kitchen look too cluttered. This microwave was EASY to install. The back template is designed to also show you where to drill the holes from the cabinet screw locations. Great idea. Wish the other manufacturers did the same. The biggest issue I have with the bigger models is that I am a tall man and when working with older homes with shorter ceilings, you cannot see the stove controls when standing in front of the stove due to the microwave. Not an issue with this one.

This left little space for a microwave…which we didn’t want to do without. We removed the ventilation fan and installed this microwave and it fits beautifully!! We’re so happy to have a full size microwave that’s a pleasure to use and looks like it belongs there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this microwave! We have an older home and our original microwave had it's own cabinet. SO we removed our hood range and replaced it with this microwave. Best decision ever. It's slim but it works great for our needs.

After a few weeks of use we noticed condensation on door, we called whirlpool customer service and they said to leave the door open after every use for 15 minute thats crazy i said. I asked her is this a frequent problem she said no but was telling me to leave door open after every use. I did my research on the internet and it seems whirlpool has this on going issue with condensation between glass on door. Buyer beware hopefully you find this useful

Microwave itself in fine but the lower plastic facia of the front door continues to crack and become brittle. I’ve already had it replaced once. The new one did the same think within 6 months. I’m convinced it’s due to the heat from the oven below it or steam that heats up the facia then it cools. So the continuous hearing and cooking creates 100’s of tiny fractures in the plastic. I would 100% avoid the white and only go with the steel. Very poorly designed product & whirlpool now says my item is out of warranty even though the replacement part is less then a year old. Horrible customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bough this to replace an existing hood over the range. Looks great and easy to operate and install only took about 20 mins. Only downside is the clock color doesn’t match the oven clock color. That’s being really picky though. Other than that we definitely made the right choice.

The unit is heavy, it was a replacement for a different brand that we had. Recommend three people to install, two to hold it and one to guide it in the clips on the rear wall mount.
