[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My very first refrigerator I bought back when I got my first apartment when I was 21 years old was a Whirlpool (30 years ago) Did not disappoint me. Now I got this beauty a month ago and do not disappoint me either, it works so smooth and even lowered my electricity bill. When it comes to Whirlpool I'm sold.

I have only had this refrigerator for a couple of months. I purchased 2 other stainless products at the same time, as well as owning a stainless trash can. I initially saw a couple small rust spots on the door, but assumed it would just wash out with normal cleaning. (I live alone, so not like it is getting ran into with bicycle handlebars or used as a track for Hotwheels). Well not only have the spots increased in size, but they have multiplied, and DO NOT BUFF OUT with a stainless steel cleaning product.A decent amount of $$ to spend on an appliance rhat can't even hold a finish. Sigh. And it is "past the 30 day warranty."

small, compact, but good for what we needed. it can be considered a tad louder than some fridges but i feel like that's pretty common with smaller fridges(less insulation). having it in a fridge box helps a little as well but you don't want it so boxed in with no gaps that the fridge can't breathe. remember to pull it out every few years and shop vac/remove dust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice fridge and is great if you are looking for a roomy fridge with a slightly smaller footprint. The doors are nice and rounded, it seems quiet and looks good. My only complaints thus far: the strip where the bottom door gasket sits has a small gap of a mm or so and the protective film was difficult rod get out of it. It also needed a little silicon to seal it so spills wouldn’t get caught in it. It look fine after that. Also, there is factory sealant coming through the door handles a bit. I try to use rubbing alcohol any find point black marker to remove it in detail and it does look better but the quality control is a little on the neglectful side. Overall I do like the fridge.

Does what it is supposed to do. No fancy add ons which I don’t care to have. It is small- good for 2 people. Nice sleek lines and looks good

Freezer part stays cold however the fridge part is only slightly cool. Called Home Depot and was told since it was more than 48 hrs since delivery we have to have a tech come to look at it, I was told no one can come until July 25, 2 weeks later! I called Whirlpool and was told the same info. Days go by and the fridge gets warmer and I now have to throw away food, I notice the bottom of the unit is literally splitting apart. Still can't get a replacement until tech comes and looks in 2 weeks!

Recently, our refrigerator suddenly stopped working altogether, leaving us in a state of panic. The food inside turned bad, emitting a putrid odor that filled our kitchen. To our horror, we discovered that some of the food had become contaminated, posing a serious health risk to both my wife and me. The sheer negligence displayed by Whirlpool in creating a product that endangers the health of its users is simply unforgivable. This nightmarish experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I can confidently say that I will never purchase another Whirlpool appliance again. The poor quality, abysmal customer service, and utter disregard for our well-being have shattered any remaining faith I had in this brand. Whirlpool, once a reputable name in the industry, has now become synonymous with disappointment and regret. In conclusion, if you value your money, your time, and your health, I implore you to stay far away from Whirlpool appliances, particularly their refrigerators. Save yourself the anguish, frustration, and potential health risks that my wife and I have endured. Trust me when I say that there are countless other brands out there that offer superior products and customer service, ones that won't leave you with a toxic mess and an empty wallet.

The product is misrepresented in the images and description. The front doors of the refrigerator are stainless, but the sides are a gray plastic coating. This makes the product look cheap. Disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old inefficient refrigerator finally quit after 17 year. I was looking for a smaller, more efficient unit. I picked this 18 Cu Ft Whirpool in Stainless Steel so it matched my other kitchen appliances. Runs good so far. The layout of the shelves/racks is a little odd but I will get used to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally pleased with my recent purchase. It is extremely quiet and spacious for it’s dimensions. It fits perfectly and is very attractive. I feel I can rely on Whirlpool products for dependable service.

Purchased this refrigerator in black 3 1/2 years ago. Always noisy operation from day one, clicks, whines, pops. Freezer stopped freezing water in ice trays. Called repair man ($100 service call). His comments: " Evaporator has a refrigerant leak all is running and evap is fully warm with ice ball on cap tube." (see photo) Cost to replace evaporator coils more than cost of new refrigerator. Therefore buying a new refrigerator asap. Like: the large size and the door shelves alignment. Otherwise: very disappointed with unbelievably short lifetime.

This refrigerator has a rough and cheap appearance, with poorly glued edges and corners. The instruction manual inside the fridge is stained with dirt, and several panels have clear fingerprints on them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the overall function of the refrig is just fine; we are disappointed that there are bits/pieces of insulation/foam along the edges of the top of the outside freezer top and handle area of the frig door - as if they were not cleaned up.

Purchased in March '21.The past 6 mos it is not keeping a stable temp in the freezer. Even at highest setting the ice is melted and nothing actually freezes. When delivered the bolt on the freezer door hinge was missing the nut so the door has to be held level to shut it correctly. It's not holding the expected temperatures overall and unfortunately the warranty expired after 1 year. I can't afford another fridge & do not recommend. I'm bummed I spent the money on it. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered my fridge from. Lowes. The first one had to be replaced because there was glue from all the edges of the fridge. It was very noticeable. The second fridge also had glue showing but not as bad. For the name brand I would assume the craftsmanship would of looked better. Although I like the fridge design. I will not buy this brand again.
