I could not be happier with this purchase! We wanted a machine that dried well and this one does great at drying. It is also great at cleaning and is quiet to boot. For two people it's a perfect size. Love it!!!

This is 6 inches narrower than a standard dishwasher, but also shorter. I had to build a platform of about 2.25 inches for it to stand on. There are some wobbly legs I could have used to raise it but they are goofy and weak and moved when you pushed the dishwasher into the cabinet opening. It is a very light machine, like a toy, and it is noisy, takes a while to wash but it does a good job of cleaning. The utensil basket is in the back of the rack, silly place, which means you have to pull out the cheaply made bottom rack, to get to it. It does look nice though and does clean well so that is a plus. It takes 2:15 minutes to do a standard wash cycle. I should have looked at one before purchasing. We just didn't have the room for a larger one. I feel I paid too much for what I received. Wish I would have had more options.

So far, so good. The "quick" 1-hour cycle washes dinnerware well. It doesn't dry well, though. I have to towel-dry a lot of items. My old Frigidaire dried better, but the motor punked out after 5 years. I hope to have better luck with the new Whirlpool.

Excellent quality appliance, cleans beautifully, and runs quietly. I could not be more pleased.

For the high price, a cord should have been provided, not gave to go out and buy one for $30.

Installed by a licensed plumber. Within a few months it wouldn't work at all. Still under warranty and was replaced. It has now broken down again and not worth repairing because of parts alone cost of $480.

After only one year it leaks from the motor pump, which is at least a $400 repair!!! I can’t believe it, very poor quality Whirlpool

Heat dry function doesn’t work as it should. Doesn’t dry the dishes. Disappointed

Full disclaimer: This product was purchased through a different retailer with a different warranty plan, so do shop aroundThis unit works so well in our space. It's a little shorter than a standard dishwasher but can be raised. We used an extra piece that we didn't need to create a toekick of sorts so that the bottom of the dishwasher is not exposed when raised. It runs VERY quietly. We have had it for about 3 months with absolutely no issues.

It does a very nice job at cleaning. If you do the heated dry, you will still need to dry off every washed item in there unless you let it air out for awhile first. I noticed if I am going to wash a few pots and pans, I must remove the silverware holder. I can't really wash both things at the same time. Other than that, I can't complain yet. I've only had it like 6 weeks.

Manufacturer did not supply long enough drain cord to install. Had to contact Whirlpool direct, horrible customer service and many rescheduled appointments. Still do not have machine installed. If Whirlpool cancels or reschedules installation again today, we will return machine and never purchase another Whirlpool.

Love the dishwasher but the delivery and installation was a nightmare. We spent hours on the phone and were told it was being delivered 3 different times. The installers left it in the middle of our kitchen and said the area was not prepared properly even though Home Depot remodeled our kitchen.

Dishwasher has worked perfectly after almost one month of continued use. Highly recommended for those in an apartment or small space home. After years of handwashing dishes, I'm happy I finally made the investment in this product.

Ordering was easy and the updating of delivery was excellent! The delivery guys went above and beyond! I did return two parts that I did not need - which was the only negative - as I had to return to the store that got linked to the order which I did not know.

This dishwasher has an Error message and has never worked once. We have been trying to get ahold of customer service with Home Depot and I cannot get a human on the phone to understand what my options or next steps are. This customer service experience has been awful - I am very disappointed and will avoid shopping here in the future if not resolved.

This product did not fit in the opening, even though the dimensions on the web site said it would. Home Depot would not take it back at the store. Home Depot sucks. I will never buy from them again. It now sits in my garage in the box it came in. I took it there and spoke to a manager and they called web customer service, NO ONE wanted to hear my story. Basically they said tough s*&#@ it's your problem not ours, the item is not returnable.

For an 18” dishwasher, that holds very little, this thing takes 2 1/4 hours to clean dishes! It also is next to impossible to cancel once a cycle has started. It’s disappointing.

Dishwasher fit into space beautifully. So far doing a great job.

It was installed by a professional and it never worked. I have not been able the use the machine once. We were told to call Whirlpool, we did technician has worked on it twice, first said it was the board and ordered new one almost 2 months later. returns installs the board and does not work, said that they would order some new piece, 2 months later nothing ..... Poor service

Ran it 3 times and it stopped working need to get warranty service to look at it
