This is our first refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser in the door and it lives up to expectations, and has been a marvelous addition! The interior of the frig is well lit, and spacious. The fit and finish of the refrigerator fits very well into our kitchens design and appearance. Overall I have been very pleased with our purchase.

The room inside exceeds what I had and the look accentuates my kitchen. I like the water filter feature and it is easy for replacement. The only issue is that the appliance manual is not accurate and I had to contact the store for help. The information on the filter was not accurate. Aside from that, I love my new refrigerator.

We are waiting on parts for it to be fixed, as of today March 1, 2024 waiting for repairs.. repair service supposed to be here on Monday on March 4, 2024 hoping they can fix the problem, but as of right now, I am very very dissatisfied with this product..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did a reno in our kitchen and needed a smaller fridge. This is a great size however it would be nice if the shelf heights were adjustable. They are not so the top shelf doesn't fit anything taller than 1/2 gallon milk jug. Other than that we are happy with this fridge.

It runs quiet, has plenty of storage space and is able to keep up with the demand on ice for a family of 4. The only negative item I have noticed so far is the finish around the water/ice controls is soft and easily scratches. Had 1 scratch when delivered and another already.

The drawback is you can’t put any larger items inside as the shelves are not adjustable. And they didn’t design it with that spacing. Secondly I don’t like that every time I open the fridge it rolls forwards and i was told there’s nothing I can do about it since it’s on rollers

There are some very negative reviews for this fridge which have merit. The fit of the doors at first was not aligned but levelling the fridge and doing the door adjustments as in manual corrected this. The freezer door shelves in the advert are not representitive of actual size. I'm thinking they used the larger 36 inch model for the photos. The bottom freezer hinge is exposed and looks unfinished. Beyond this I'm satisfied with the appliance. It took over 24 hours to start making ice but has been supplying plenty of ice since. Door shelves have some adjustment but you have to settle with the internal shelves as there is no adjustment. I purchased some plastic bins for the freezer because the flat shelves had things falling out. I would not recommend this style of fridge for the location I have it as the door can't open beyond 90 degrees and larger persons would have issue reaching in the fridge but I have gotten used to this. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase. Time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this appliance is poorly designed. The water dispenser hangs over the door so that it drips on the floor instead of the catchment tray. We have to be constantly wiping up water from the floor. Who designs a refrigerator like that? In addition the doors are not aligned properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I’ve only had this fridge for a couple weeks, I’m not digging the ice and water dispensers. Wish they were separate, like side by side. The water dispenser is right in front of the ice dispenser and I’ve hit the water when not needing water and going for ice only. Water also drips down the front of the fridge if you don’t wait for the very last drop, and even though there is a kind of well there to catch extra ice and water, it’s very shallow and should come with a catch all well that can be I like the overall look of the fridge, emptied and cleaned. Another problem with the water dispenser since it’s flush with the set panel, the space that pushes in for water is only big enough for a certain glass width, making it very difficult to get water with a bigger glass circumference. I also find the ice maker noisy when making ice. I’m also having trouble with the front right fridge door staying level/even with the freezer side, it isn’t lining up horizontally, like the top of the doors and tops of the handles. The fridge door is designed, or supposed to be designed to hold a lot of weight and according the images of what goes where. NTM the only place some things can go since the selves are at a set height and not adjustable. I like the overall look of the fridge, and like most things we adjust to some of their inconveniences, NTM it’s a huge hassle to return large appliances, so I’ll learn to deal. Definitely have to get the doors lined up properly asap.

I had to move it out from the wall a ways for the door to not hit the door frame of my kitchen. However, that is my fault, I should have researched a little more before purchase. All in all, its a great looking fridge and functions very well. We purchased to get better viewing and storage of our food. We had a 16ft fridge prior and now my wife can see all of the food in the fridge and nothing gets pushed to the back out of sight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced 17 year old Whirlpool. This is an excellent refrigerator. My only 2 issues is top shelf should have more headroom and fruit and vegetable drawers don’t have humidity controls. The one I replaced was same size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shelf layout on the refrigerator is very poor. Shelves are not adjustable and tall items must be on the top shelf or in the door. The freezer door shelves are so small they aren’t really useable. Ice maker isvery slow.

Enjoy an evening listening to the sounds of your new noisy refrigerator! You also get exercise as you cleanup the water that runs down the front to the floor because of the lack of drip tray. If that isn't enough, you'll be fascinated by its moveability! Because it doesn't come with leveling feet, it wobbles even on solid flooring and slowly walks away from the wall! And feast your eyes on the exposed wiring because it doesn't come with covers! If you like inconvenience, this is for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice fridge, but I am disappointed with the owners manual. It is intended to cover many models I suppose, because it lacks information on mine. For example, it refers to front leveling legs which my model doesn’t have, so I ended up putting shims under the front to keep the fridge from rolling when you open the doors. It also only has an 18” water line, so an extension line is required to hook it up. The lower panel is a joke to try to remove and get the screws back in. What happened to the snap on and off panel? Lastly, the ice maker is very loud when the ice cubes drop in the tray. I plan to put sound deadening material on it. So, the fridge works good and looks good, but a homeowner shouldn’t have to deal with these things.

It does a good job of keeping my food cold and our food is staying good longer but the features are average at best. The shelves are not adjustable and I have to keep large items like milk in the door. I can’t even fit a boxed frozen pizza in the freezer. Placing items in the door makes the fridge door so heavy that you have to give the door an extra bump to close it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve found the door slightly ajar. Also if you can’t open the door all the way then the large door shelves block you from grabbing items on the right hand side of the refrigerator shelves. Crisper drawers don’t glide nicely and it’s hard to get ice to dispense in large cups like a Nalgene. A feature I do like is the magnetic front of the fridge (our old one didn’t have this).

I was not impressed with the fixed heights of the shelves on the inside - can't fit items where I want them - and had I known that I would have looked for a different fridge. I also am really disappointed with the finish on the lower hinge on the freezer side. It really looks like my fridge is broken or a piece is missing - whoever thought that looked good, should be fired. It really looks like the fidge is broken
