[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator about a month ago, and so far we really like it. I like the fact that there are plenty of spacious bins and shelves. The freezer is very roomy as well. I never had an ice maker/water dispenser, and I love the crushed ice for my water bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator was part of the Builders New Home Package. Very disappointed in quality and also design of the exterior water and ice dispenser. With water in front of the ice, the water is always hit when trying to get ice and it squirts onto the floor. Also the doors do not align and the top inside is buckled. have addressed this to the builder, Foxlane Homes, and hope that it can be rectified. If I could get rid of this and upgrade to one that has a different dispenser layout and not defective, I would gladly pay the difference.

No popping noise when dumping ice, nice deep door shelves and a nice finish that is very easy to clean! Excellent experience with the delivery! Brandon and Andre were awesome!

Every unit in our apartment complex has these refrigerators installed, many of them have had leaks in the refrigerant lines after 1 year. They made the refrigerant tubes out of steel instead of copper. The liquid tube sits above a drip tray and is not secured to the stands so it will fall into the water and rust. Once the tube rusts, the refrigerant leaks out and the compressor then sucks water into the system and destroys it. 1.5 years and fridge is dead. They will not warranty.

I have excellent lighting in the interior and lots of room in the pullout trays It is very quite, no noise, just when producing the ice. I also love the fact that The front panels are finger print resistant. Once initially cleans, the black panels are beautiful !

Great price and refrigerator. The one negative is that we suspect this unit was refurbished because there was a small dent on the outside and a repainted chip on the interior. Be sure to thourgholy inspect yours before signing the paperwork.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to get out of my GE French Door unit and knew I was downgrading but shoddy built moving shelves was a couple of step down. Shelves in door are adjustable. Separation between ice and water dispenser is a challenge. No drip tray on door leads to a mess on the floor.

The repairman just left he informed us that the new stainless isn’t stainless steal just a coating to look like stainless. Doesn’t the name stainless steel imply the product is stainless steal. False advertising. Poor door seal, water dispenser leaks after dispensing water. Terrible product.

Horrible design for the water dispenser as the nozzle sticks out further than the catch tray and drips water after every use down the front of the freezer door. I’ve only had the refrigerator for less than a day and I hate it

The ice and water dispenser are terrible. Horrible design, my floor is always wet and I have water stains on the fridge. Waste of money and Whirlpool customer service is atrocious. The ice gets stuck in the dispenser and only falls off when it starts melting. Constantly wet. The water is positioned in the front, every spill hits the floor.

Be aware, the glass shelves are NOT adjustable. One the refrigerator side, the height between three of the shelves is the same, so only the top shelf allows enough height for tall bottles, a pitcher, etc.

It's just me and my four-year-old so we don't need a ton of space but we eat a lot of fresh food so a small apartment size fridge just wasn't going to cut it. The side by side doors open easily and smoothly. The crushed setting on the ice maker is close enough to Sonic crushed ice to satisfy the most ardent fan. The door shelves are adjustable so you can move up or down as needed for space. I will say that I wish the shelves in the refrigerator were adjustable as well but they are unfortunately not, which limits where you can put certain items based on their height. The freezer has plenty of space and I prefer the side by side as opposed to the bottom drawer freezer so you can actually see everything instead of having all of your items piled on top of each other in a drawer. The only real negative, aside from the shelves not being adjustable, is the ice maker is quite loud when it refills itself and can be quite startling in the middle of the night until you get used to the sound and recognize what it is.
