I am so happy with this air purifier! I’ve purchased a few other brands and styles for other rooms prior to this one and I hate that I don’t have this one in thise rooms. There is no comparison. This Winix D360 purifier beats them all! I purchased this and placed in my daughters room when COVID-19 started. To help clean the air from impurities and also every day allergens. I absolutely love the permanent screen pre filter that I can easily vacuum this is a huge plus! It cuts down the dust on the other filters and make them last longer. The carbon pre filter that is recommended to be changed every 3 months is next. I, however have been vacuuming the visible dust off and reusing to last a little bit longer. Lastly the true hepa filter that is recommended to change every 12 months. I currently have had this air purifier for almost 8 months and there is nothing but good things to say. The light to change the filter has yet to turn on. I notice a big difference in air quality when walking into the room. It detects the smallest of odors and turns the indicator light red. If I have it in auto mode the fan will speed up to clean the air. The sleep mode is super quiet but I find even the low mode to be quiet as well. I normally only run the Turbo setting if no one is in the room at the time as it is very loud. I highly recommend this air purifier if you’re in the market for one! We are looking to buy a second D360 for another room soon! The filters are a little pricey but since they last a year it makes it worth it. (I’m including some photos. Picture 1 and 2 are what the screen filter looks like after a week and a half. It needs to be cleaned again. The dust IS collecting!)

This is an excellent product which significantly improved the air quality of my home environment. Also, it is very portable and easy to maintain.

I bought this unit at our local Home Depot during pandemic. It was great while it worked for about 8 months. The only con would be the noise. However, after approximately eight months, the fan started rattling. At first it was small, repositioning the angle of machine would reduce it; gradually it became louder and now it is impossible to have the purifier on. Unfortunately, by the time I realized how serious the issue was, the warranty ran out. Repairs will be costing me more than a new unit. Not good for environment to scrap it, but I have no choice. Another con is - the replacement filters cost me more than half of the unit's purchase price and they need replacement every four months or more often if used in the kitchen. Will not buy it again.

I bought this over a year ago and it has been great! It still works great. It is not loud unless you are using turbo. It cleans the air fast. Going to buy a second one for the basement.

The unit stopped working after six months. It showed flashing low and medium fan speed lights (this is different from the replace filter light that can be reset by holding down a reset button for five seconds). Power to everything inside and fan seemed to be OK testing with a multi-meter. Not worth going through the hassle of packing up and paying for shipping to get warranty, especially considering the cost of a new HEPA filter is more than half the cost of the unit.

It’s been doing a great job for us we use it in our bedroom, when we need it we take it to the kitchen to take out smells from cooking, within an hour or so it takes care of the smells from cooking,then we bring it back to our room, it is the best we have used, thank you

Love this machine never thought my house was this dusty collects lots of dust on the filter that I did not know I had in my home. Wow I would have all that dust in my lungs it cleans the air very well. Your air even feels and smells better love it. I have allergies and have not had any problems since using this machine. Highly recommand.

First I want to say that this unit does blow air well, but the sensors, filter, and aesthetic are absolutely trash. If anything it has made my allergies worse. It only changes light when there's moisture in the air. I'm talking taking a shower, opening the fridge, boiling water. It'll light up red. Beyond that it just sits there and blows air around. It does capture some dust and hair on the mesh filter, but there's probably more I find on top of the unit that I have to wipe off! My allergies seem much worse using this I feel like it's just throwing mold around got it specifically for mold and true hepa would work if that meant anything but it doesn't, this is a marketing term and there are no regulations that it has to follow I could say a napkin is true hepa and sell it without recourse. I contacted the company and they didn't have anything to say. It doesn't respond to smoke or other dust only moisture in the air and that is certainly not my concern and it's making my air too dry. I have only used it a couple months and the filter looks black but is not lighting up to change either it's doing nothing but harboring whatever it actually is capturing and helping the mold spread toxins at a more rapid rate.

Good air purifier! I got this purifier for my kids room. My son snd daughter have dust allergies. I saw improvement with this.

A while after you buy it they stop making it and filters become unavailable and you are left with a paperweight.

Very quiet. The automatic setting is great as well. Noticed a big difference in less dust. Very pleased

Quiet unless on turbo, works great, easy to use and a good price

I really like this air filter. I like the washable pre-filer that so many no longer have, it preserves the life of the main filter, and you don't need to constantly buy new pre-filters. I find it works very well, just using some lysol wipes to clean the counter in the kitchen and the machine senses it, and the smell is gone within 10 minutes. If left on auto mode it will adjust fan speed based on air quality which is a plus, has a light sensor to go to silent mode at night. I personally can't hear it when its on the silent night mode unless I put my ear right next to it. The only speed I find a bit too noisy is turbo speed, but hard to have a fan on a speed called turbo and not have noise. There has been a noticeable reduction of dust in the air and on furniture, it does its job and does it well. Also has a true HEPA filter while many others come with HEPA like which don't last as long and not as efficient. I would give this air filter 10 stars if I could.
