I am very impressed with this set!

Easy Install bought a 6 pack, and they came out of box already programmed to talk to each other. Love the carbon digital display of carbon level if tripped I worked in the alarm security field for 35 years a would highly recommend your SCO7-W Interconnected Smoke and detectors to all my family members Thank you The Fischer Family.

I really do like these but...
I really do like these...but once they are interconnected and you test for an inspection only the one that you press the button goes off. You can't prove that they interconnected unless you use smoke to set it off then they all go off. We are not supposed to use smoke anymore because it could clog the sensors and make the equipment faulty. Please fix this and we will become your biggest fan.

When testing interconnected alarms using the test button, pressing and holding the button on one unit will trigger all interlinked alarms to sound together across the system—allowing you to verify interlinking without using actual smoke.

Easy installation and long battery life
Installation was quick and easy and setup was pretty straightforward. The wireless interconnection feature is especially helpful since our home does not have pre-wired alarm systems. We love the digital display which allows us to see the CO concentration levels, and the 10-year battery is a huge plus!

While we don't offer this combination as a bundled set including a base station, the SC07-W (RF interlinked) and SC07-MR (smart app-compatible) models are similar in appearance, so it's easy to mistake one for the other. Faulty detector
one was defective and would not turn off so i had to turn it off manually which does not allow it to turn back on. the others seem to be working well.

Great Product

I took off a star because if you want to interconnect these
I took off a star because if you want to interconnect these, you have to do it one at a time. BUT, if you get a multipack, all of the alarms in the pack come pre-interconnected, and that worked great. They were also very easy to install.

Easy to install where existing detectors were. Easy to setup and interconnect three. They meet ETL which is equivalent to UL. They are tested to UL and meet UL but have no UL marking. But they have ETL marking.

Easy setup and installation
I purchased three SC07-W to replace three existing 12 year old Kidde smoke and CO interconnected alarms that were past the expiration date and alarming to indicated they needed to be replaced.
The alarm turns itself on as soon as you turn it in the base, which surprised me. I did need to read the directions to figure out how to get the alarms three alarms interconnected. The rest of the process is super easy. Overall the setup and installation were easy. I did not run a smoke test or CO test to see if they worked.
