The feature I like is the lack of a bagging option. I want to either mulch or side discharge the grass when I cut it. Now I have a mower that is exactly like that.

Very easy to put together (partially assembled), after initial start, starts on the first pull. Very nice that there is one lever to adjust the height instead of 4. Handle is adjustable so it is more comfortable to push. Cuts exceptionally well for a small mower. Wish it did not have the cheap blow mold wheels (plastic).

This mower would have gotten a 5 star rating, however, it is difficult to start. Even after priming it takes multiple pulls to start running. Other than that, it's great!!

Very happy so far with the YARDMAX machine! The hardest part of the setup was getting it out of the box (very well packed)! Anyway, easy assembly, add oil, set the deck height, easy start and MOW! I have only used it a couple of times so far, but it seems to be a bit lighter than my last mower - a Craftsman pusher - so I am hoping the lighter YARDMAX will be at least as durable.

I have ALWAYS liked pushing a lawn mower so needed one. I bought several Troy builds and they always have issues. My mom bought one last year and this year it needed a new carburetor. So I decided to switch brands. Let me say this is the best push mower I have ever had so far. It’s only been a few months so can’t comment on longevity BUT it’s light weight, easy to push and has the single lever to raise or lower. Seems much better quality than other mowers.

Worked as advertised. Doesn't like restarting after running out of gas so don't let it run dry.

Love the mower but bars break off and it doesn't like to start

Poor design The handle has a bend in it ,that makes to much pressure on handle where it goes onto the deck of mower. Have sent email to company asking for a replacement handle, have not heard back, will update review if contacted by company. But as of right now, I would not recommend.

Great mower for the price

Great strong mower. I don't have a lawn. I live in the West and need to cut and mulch forests of weeds and this baby does the job. Put it on its highest wheel setting and it mows the suckers down like nobody's business. And if the forest is way too thick or high, just tilt this baby at an angle and it devours the stuff. Love it!

What stood out the most was how many cc it has. It’s a good lawnmower for the price.

My product had no damage to box and arrive on time. It was easy to assemble by one person. I like that it is easy to push and use. It really mulches the grass very well. I like it very much that I am thinking of purchasing another one for my other home.

This is a basic push mower. I have a fairly small property with no rough terrain. It works well. I did quite a bit of research before my purchase. Seems like a lot of people have had issues. One thing that is important, no engine comes broken in from the factory regardless of what the manufacturer might say. It does not have oil in it when it comes. If you turn it over it is rough. For the initial start a full synthetic oil will help a lot. I have 5 hours on it. The manufacturer recommends the first oil change at that time. I drained the oil and with no oil in it, when I manually cycle the engine it is much smoother. It runs good and does not smoke contrary to other people's reviews. I have had no issues and am happy overall with the purchase
