So, I think I'm somewhat outside of the "normal use" realm of this product. I just used it to refinish an old and neglected terrazzo floor here in South Florida. Luckily, our floor did not have the dreaded tile grout lines or carpet glue marks, as it had a floating laminate floor on top of it. I removed that flooring and underlayment, then proceeded to clean the entire floor with a scraper (random bits of tile grout, wall texture, and overspray from wall painting). Once I finished that, I vacuumed residue up, mopped the floor clean, let dry thoroughly, then proceeded with two coats of Zep Wet Look Floor Polish. It's not super shiny like mirror finish, but has a nice sort of satiny sheen...which is exactly what I wanted! I even moved furniture across the new finish within hours of application and it barely got scuffed! I was very impressed at its resilience already. Then, hubby had a mishap and spilled water on it...I'm not even sure how long it was there...and it cleaned up very easily this morning.

I love the wet look,it works great on my Mexican tile,it looks like a sheet of glass.I also used it on my stone fireplace to make it shiney and new look I,g.Ig.I would recommend this product for anyone wanting to make their tile floors glow.

It goes on easy and looks great. It's only been two weeks so I don't know how well it's giing to wear but it sure looks good. Putting multiple thin coats on is quicker than fewer heavy coats because thin costs dry very quickly.

Excellent product. I purchased the product after reviewing a You Tube video on using it on a motor home or trailer. Not only does it put a brilliant shine on floors, it produces a nice shine on RVs. I used it on my aluminum sides and after 3 applications, I got an excellent result on my RV. Highly recommended. I used a microfiber cloth to apply. It's recommended to wear gloves when applying.

For Thankgsiving 2014, I had a new Mannington Vinyl floor installed in the kitchen. What a disappointment! I cried, when I realized the floor felt like sand paper, and it soaked up dirt and light. It was nothing like the shiny, clean vinyl I had before. After weeks of research, I found Zep's miracle floor polish. Buyer beware: You have to work hard to apply this product. Fortunately I had a few days off after Christmas. I followed the directions exactly by first putting down a Zep Sealer and then applying layers of the polish with drying time as recommended. Now, a year later, the results are still amazing! All I ever use for washing is warm water. My floor gleams and shines. Dirt wipes off easily. Light reflects and makes my kitchen glow.

This stuff is GREAT! We installed a VCT (vinyl composite tile) floor downstairs. I used the Zep floor sealer (2 coats) followed by 4 coats of this polish on the floor. Looks great. But the best part? I had some left over, so I used the same method on my Marmoleum floor upstairs, which was dingy, dull, scratched and scuffed when we moved into the house. I do plan on eventually replacing the floor, but it made a huge difference in the way it looks and hid most of the scuff marks. My husband even commented that it doesn't look the same color. Thoroughly impressed! Great product! NOTE: It's been two weeks and it still looks great! I have been vacuuming and mopping with hot water. I am going to investigate Zep's floor cleaner to see if that will keep the polish shiny as I'm afraid to use anything else that will dull the finish.

Used this to bring back some neglected terrazzo floors. It takes a bit of work but the results were great. And it was not nearly as costly as having a professional grind and polish the floor. First we used ZEP stripper to remove any remaining finishes on the floor. Followed with 2 coats of ZEP floor sealer. Then 4 coats of the wet look floor finish. The after picture is after the second coat of wet look finisher. It is amazing what this did for the floors.

This is my second time purchasing. It works great for rubber gym tiles. We tried multiple products before this and this one is by far the best.
