Zep pet stain and odor remover is the Best product of its kind that i have found. The stain disapears with no scrubbing needed.

This stuff works!! My Local Home Depo took it off of the shelves for a reason I do not know. This works better than anything I've ever tried. I'm sad I have to order it online now as it costs more and is a hassle to go to the store to pick it up but, I will do what I have to do to get it!

I will never use another pet product for cleanIng up any pet messes, from stool, urine, or throwup. This product cleans all great and leaves no residue or is harmful to pets! The Best!

I cannot rave enough about how amazing this product is!! Not only on pet stains but on other liquid/food stains as well! After trying several different products for treating dog-related stains and such I was advised to use this and have been HOOKED. In most cases you just spray it on and watch the mess disappear in front of your eyes prior to scrubbing it up! I just found out our local stores are no longer carrying this product which is super sad to me but I'll just have to keep ordering online. I recommend this to everyone!

Wish they still sold this at local stores near me. Want to buy it without paying shipping. Works great.

The product removed pet stains immediately...but in the long run it made my light colored carpet turn black. Had it professionally cleaned.

I have an older dog, and every so often she has an accident. This is the best product to remove any stains and odors associated with the mess. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has a pet.

We've tried many products to treat/clean various areas if our mini-pig has an accident. Yet there is always some lingering bad scent left behind. Zep eliminated all nasty scents even the old ones from months ago.

I have 5 dogs and two had a bout of black tar diarrhea, and I ran out of previous brand of spray so I sent my husband to go get me the zep carpet cleaner and he discovered this pet stain and odor eliminator. It is UNBELIEVABLE!! In a matter of seconds after spraying these black spots, they disappeared!! I went to get paper towels to blot up residue and I couldn't even find the spots!! I have even used on old spots and they are gone!! You won't be disappointed! THANK YOU ZEP!

I use this on nearly white carpets for pet stains and ANY (and I mean ANY) other stains it gets. You watch it disappear before your eyes. Its the most amazing carpet cleaner I have ever used. I wish it came in a large gallon jug size so I could buy more! I am a 3 cat home and between people stains and pet stains this has been a life saver!

I've always loved ZEP products. They get the job done with less work on my part. This product is no exception.

I've been having issues with my cat urinating on my bed (kitty has since been banned from the bedroom!). I was desperate to find something to get rid of the smell and stain to clean my mattress up. I did research online and came upon Zep. I gave it a shot and it worked wonderfully! The smell is completely gone after one use, and the stain is gone as well. After success in that one spot, I used this product to clean my entire mattress and it didn't disappoint. It left it looking cleaner and smelling fresh. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for something to quickly and easily get rid of pet odors. It's also very inexpensive which is a plus!

Like all pet products, I didn't have much hope for this one, but I decided on a whim to give it a try. I am blown away. You can actually SEE the stain disappear before your eyes. It got month's old stains out of my couch and the smell is completely gone. This was a worthy purchase and I will continue to use this product.

One of my elderly cats was under my bed & unable to come out as she was at the end. She obviously peed under there & I am now working to get the odor out. I understand from a friend that you do not blot up the liquid cleaner. He saturates the spot & then may put a saturated towel over the spot & allow it to dry. We have one last elderly cat with almost the same old age kidney problems so I am so happy to have found this. Also as a side note, I use piddle pads & if I had put them uder my bed I would not have this problem. If you have elderly cats especially use the pads.

I have used this product for several years. Works extremely well on any stain, including carpets and furniture. I have even used it on used Coach handbags, both interior lining and exterior leather. Product removes any stains, even those the original owner thought devalued the purse. Product is my "go to" solution for a mountain of stain and odor problems.

We have been struggling to potty-train our dog and we also have a cat so accidents sometimes do happen. I have tried other brands including the much more expensive Nature's Miracle brand of products and have been frustrated. I came across Zep while shopping at Home Depot and knew it was a great brand already because we used it at the pet shelter I used to work at. I bought a bottle and it has worked great and removing pet stains and odors from my carpets. I highly recommend this product and will definitely be buying more Zep products!

I have an elderly cat who tends to go to the same spots over and over when he doesn't feel like going to the litter box. As you can imagine, I've tried just about every pet stain remover product on the market. The ZEP brand pet oxy stain remover is no better and no worse than others I've tried. It did leave a weird film on my hands, which was my fault for not wearing gloves when I wiped up the excess spray. But -- like all the others -- it doesn't completely eliminate the odor of cat urine. My cat still goes back to the same spots every time.

A Good Product To Have Available If Your Have Pets Living In Your Home.Good For Use On Most Household Surfaces , Both Interior And Exterior. It Is A Product That Is Well Worth The Money To Have Available In Your Home.

I am only docking my review by one star, due to the poor quality of the sprayer, the actual cleaner is superior to anything else on the market. Do yourself a favor, and buy ZEP's empty "professional" spray bottle and use it instead. I wish ZEP would offer this in a large refill bottle, so that I wouldn't have to throw the poor quality sprayer in the recycling bin every time.

This product is consistent with other products I've tried from the Zep brand and I'm a fan. It has above-average cleaning power with little effort/scrubbing required. The scent is pleasant and not too overpowering. It seems to be effective at entirely removing the stain and odor, as my dog has not returned to soil the same spot. I feel like the bottle will last a long time compared to other similar products.

New puppy in the house equals accidents and stains in the rug! This Zep spray worked well at eliminating odor. It has a light floral scent unlike other sprays that have a heavy perfume smell. At first it was a struggle to keep up with the puppy's accidents but I would spray the areas, scrub a little then spray a little more and dab with a towel. She rarely peed in the same spot and I haven't noticed any residual odors. We used up the bottle and the puppy is now house trained. I wish I could find a refill for this spray but I will keep an extra bottle around for any future needs. I would definitely recommend this Zep product to a friend.

It takes a lot to wow me and this WOWed me!!!!!!!! I have 4 cats and have tried numerous pet odor and stain removers, all brands, all prices and this is by far THE best ever!!!!! I previously boasted about nature's best and odo-ban and thought they did a good job until I tried this. I truly eliminates the pet odor, whether it be urine, spray, or vomit. I tried it out last night and walked into the same room this morning and never realized how bad it smelled until it didn't smell this morning!!!!! It was like I had a cleaning crew in there from top to bottom. It completely took away all odors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ...also works on OLD stains/odors!
