The shower curtain rod cover was great. Just had to cut to length.

Too many labels stuck to the item, which couldn’t be removed! Lost about 9 inches because of that.

Used a scissors to trim the plastic to fit my pole. Easy to use. Makes a plain pipe that’s sixty years old look new. Reasonable price.

I have used these shower rod covers for various purposes for years. On a tension rod, it will cover that little ridge where the two sections meet, so things slide over it smoothly. If you have a worn/corroding/unattractive shower rod (especially if you are a renter or on a budget), the rod cover improves the look and function. Hangers slide more easily if you have a worn or wood closet rod. This time I purchased a couple to cover the rods on a couple of garment rack/plant hangers. I am using the racks to hang stained glass in front of windows and the silver rods stood out against white plantation shutters (the racks are white), and the covers made them less obtrusive. These are thin plastic sleeves slit down the side so that they slip over the pole and are very easy to trim to size. Home Depot had the lowest price that I could find, and delivered for free. These used to be found everywhere in a variety of colors. It would be really great if HD offered colors other than white.

Had to be returned - item had multiple “pinches”. Unusable

The product itself is nice but the manner in which it was packed wasn’t. The plastic rod was folded that left a permanent crease.
