This paint exceeds my expectations. Great coverage. My outdoor trim was in despair and this paint while needing 2 coats because my trim was in bad shape really makes the house look amazing. It is super white, smooth, and goes over all sorts of imperfections.

Perma-White is a substantial paint that is long-lasting. It's thicker than most, yet flows and cleans up easily for painters. The mold and mildew proof feature is what drew me to the paint 5.5 years ago. Indeed, it did successfully kept mold and mildew on north face of house at bay for approx five years, though mold redeveloped at end of 5-year warranty period. The rest of the house painted years ago with Perma-White years ago is doing just fine, tho after going back and forth with Rustoleum/Zinsser tech people, this year we scraped any loose and primed all surfaces on north side with their mold-killing/repellent primer, hoping not to see mold in 2022. Quality of the paint is good, much better than most, but hope not to have to start the annual mold cleaning cycle once again after 5 years. Would recommend product to any wanting long-lasting paint, and hopefully will be able to recommend the primer/paint combo for long-term mold resistance in years to come. No longer allowed to have it shipped into Maryland, so had to drive to DC to pick paint up there.

I picked this paint over all other brands because it has a fantastic guarantee against mildew and a great guarantee against fading. It is "mildew Proof" not just "mildew resistant" like other brands. The application and clean up were good. It can be tinted pastel colors so I picked yellow and it looks great. The test will be in the years to come but I have the great warranty if needed.

This is my second order. I am painting the wood as I construct my house in the tropics where mold grows overnight. So far, I can find no fault with this paint. Excellent product.

Great product; easy application, great coverage, no problems.

I was very impressed with how beautifully this paint goes on. Truly a one coat application. We bought the satin finish and have used it on an interior guest bedroom because we had some left over. It will be my first choice from now on as we were able to have it tinted to whatever color we wanted.

Best Paint on the market

Painter said it went on well and covered with basically one coat. Some areas where shingles were scraped to the surface had to be done over with a roller. So far, so good.

I think this paint is excellent! It has good consistency, goes on smoothly and does an excellent job of covering although in certain areas I had to apply two coats which I expected considering that I was painting over a darker color. And you can't beat the price - I paid $147 for a 5-gallon bucket. Unfortunately however, Home Depot doesn't carry this paint in it's stores - you have to order it online for subsequent delivery which could be problematic if you need to pick up more in a hurry (which is what happened to me). Additionally, when it does get delivered to whichever store you had it sent to for pickup, make sure to take it over to the paint section and have it shaken. If it was laying around in a warehouse prior to being delivered, you're going to have to do a lot of mixing before using it. I'm telling you this from my experience because when I got it to the house I was painting and I hadn't mixed it enough, it didn't apply very well. I took it back to Home Depot, had them shake it and it went on beautifully. So, get it shaken when you pick it up at the store. Overall, I found this paint to be excellent for the price!

Is awesome..Exterior Paint! It goes on so creammy and smooth, even looks great after only 1 coat...but I did put 2...We used it just straight White but im sure it can be tinted...my home is about 3400sq ft

I have nothing but praise for this product. Excellent coverage, spectacular results. I did the eaves and sophit on my house which was built in 1978 and instantly it looked like new. Used an airless sprayer and was blown away as was my buddy who helped me. We used to paint in a huge industrial foundry (with the same sprayer which broke and was instantly replaced in the late 90's.) The company gave the sprayer to us after they purchased a new one for around 5K and I rebuilt it from the ground up. We used many name brand products i.e. Sherwin Williams, Franklin, and Pittsburgh paints during our tour of duty but none performed this magnificently. Both of us agreed that this was superior to all of the aforementioned. You guys need to add this product to your store stock that is my only complaint. This product is one which must be used to comprehend--it is the best paint both of us have ever used. Three thumbs up!!!! (That is a foundry joke by the way.) Both of us are disabled because of asbestos and other problems associated with our employment in a very hostile environment and the ease of use was truly appreciated. Great coverage

LIVING IN FLORIDA, WE HAVE HIGH HUMIDITY AND THAT RESULTS IN MOLD AND MILDEW. THE PRODUCT SEEMS VERY GOOD, BUT I CANNOT SAY HOW THE MOLD AND MILDEW PROOF PART, IS GOING TO TURN OUT YET. YOU MIGHT CHECK BACK WITH ME IN 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR AND I WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION, WITH PROOF. THANK YOU, K. ANTHONY

This is the best exterior paint I have ever used. It will last considerable longer than many others and will hold up without mildew as per the guarantee. It is very white and the satin finish hides many imperfections in the old surface. I would definitely recommend this paint to any one who wants a quality paint.
