Had to pick from dead trees laying on dirty blacktop … sad , yet went forward ,. Tree never drank water only to hear decorations fall at night. Home Depot sales rep harped how fresh the trees are this year! That’s what Home Depot is about . SAD

I have never had a tree drop needles like this in my life, and I've had a real tree every year. Very disappointed in this purchase. I haven't gotten a blue spruce before, and never will again.

The tree was so dry. I put it up and as I decorate it the needles continued to fall off. Everyday I had to sweep up a large amount of needles. Took it down and pitched it.

I got this tree last year. After 28 days the tree was still fresh even the leaves. We put water everyday and i spray the leaves with water also. It smells really good as soon as you enter your house. It smells christmas! LOL… I recommend this farm. They ship so fast also...They put the box in front of your door.

I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered the tree. My came 2 days early and we just love it! It’s shaped good, smells good, and it looks healthy. I bought one at the store last year that I picked out and it was crooked! This one is great!

Just received the tree and while I'm thankful that the option to have a tree delivered to my home during a pandemic - for the price we paid, I was quite disappointed that there is about 2' of branches missing on the bottom so the tree looks quite sparse.

Tree arrived fresh and on-time. However, it's smaller than the 6-6.5 ft as advertised. It's around 5'8" for the true tree part and the rest is the one very long branch at the very top. Once you cut off a piece of the trunk to allow for the water, it's even shorter. Worse - the top branch is so long and lean that it couldn't hold our tree topper, so we had to cut 6 inches off the top for it to hold our angel properly. So it ended up being a 5 ft tree :/

Not sure what this tree is but definitely not a Fraser fir.

The tree met our expectations and was a perfect size. Hopefully it will stay fresh in spite of the long shipping time.The shipment was held for two days in S.San Francisco UPS terminal

The tree was beautiful and came nicely bound and safe in the box. It was held up at UPS for a security check and told it would have to wait three days to deliver. I was worried it would dry out, but UPS surprised me and delivered it the next day on a Saturday,s saying, well, l we ARE UPS and deliver when we have to! This is the second year getting the Black Hills Spruce, such a pretty tree.

It turned out that I was very allergic to this tree. After I putting it up and all my Christmas ornaments on it, it started dropping ALOT OF NEEDLES on my floor, I had a very hard time watering it due to my allergy from the tree. Never again will I get my Christmas tree online for that price. I recently purchased a new one for the local grocery store for half the price and it turns out that I'm not allergic to.

The description clearly states 32” - 42” which is 2’8” to 3’6” - MAX height you can receive is 3.5ft, and potentially receive one 4 inches shorter than 3ft. This is dishonest.

I bought this tree because the review said it was very soft. The tree is so prickly i could barely touch it. Very very unhappy. Plus i arrived half dead. I do not recommend this at all. It says freshly cut and I don't think so.

the tree was beautiful, sturdy branches, and smelled of Christmas. it lasted well into the new year.

Horrible tree needles were dry and so sharp we couldn’t not decorate tree

Tree was a little small but it was very fresh and a good shape. Barely lost any needles. I live in Florida and getting a tree locally after sitting in the heat doesn’t last as long. I would definitely buy again for the freshness alone. Would be nice if they offered one more size up.
